    Here's a quick back story. My car experienced some electrical shorts causing a few things to fail,…read moreone of which being my driver and front passenger seat belt buckles, they no longer latched. I spent 4 hours driving, took time off work twice, and wasted a lot of my time trying to get something as simple as 2008+ gray seat belt buckles... only to deal with an unprofessional, unapologetic representative who couldn't be bothered to at least apologize for his mistake (or that of his coworkers).. never mind even trying to correct the mistakes, which include wrong part and wrong color on the first trip and wrong part, missing parts and incorrect order form on trip two. This is just for seat belt buckles.. Humility and professionalism go a long way Mike Cavooto. How about walking over 40 feet to check the part for me like I suggested so I could have avoided another 2 hour drive and you could have taken some initiative to help out a customer who was left in a bad spot by LKQ? I go to junk yards often enough where I'd dealt with companies making mistakes, but every time, those companies have gone out of their way to make it right. It's as simple as, offering free shipping OR having the yard expedite the order for a costumer who was wronged OR getting hands on the item which was only 40 feet from you before I drove two hours OR even... just... apologizing. I was extremely patient with you, but perhaps that was the issue. Maybe you're more receptive to people making a scene. I would like to give credit to Shawn (Sean?) McKenna who realized the situation and without being prompted, apologized, like a decent person. I gave Mr. Cavooto opportunities to do ANYTHING to make this remotely right, you chose to do absolutely nothing. I'm sure this review means nothing to you as well. I'd avoid this company. Michael Cavooto makes it seem like they're too big to care about regular people. If you do go there, try requesting Mr. McKenna or at least, avoid Michael Cavooto or Mario.. or whatever name he decides to go by.

I see online that many businesses use the 3% surcharge as a scam but this place goes beyond that to 3.5%. If you plan on getting your car serviced here, ASK about credit card surcharges BEFORE any work is done so you have the option to either go somewhere else or pay with cash.

    I brought my 2013 Dodge Challenger R/T here for an engine light warning to be diagnosed. It was…read moredetermined that a cylinder 3 misfire was found and the reason was Cam and Lifter Failure. I was informed that the engine needed to be replaced. A remanufactured engine was installed as well as many other required parts. The final bill came to just over $19,000.00. I picked the car up Saturday June 21, 2025, I drove it 22 miles and noticed the engine light came on. I brought it right back to the dealership that same Saturday I picked it up. I Informed Julie that the engine light was on again. I heard nothing Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I decided to stop in to inquire on the engine light. At that time I was told when they attempted to start my car Tuesday morning, the engine started to make noise and the connecting rod smashed through the oil pan. I was then informed by the service department that it may not be covered under warranty because of after market parts that were used from my old engine, more specifically, the coil packs and cold air intake. That is a poor excuse to try to worm out of a warranty, coil packs and air breathers have zero connection to crankshaft failure and furthermore, if those parts were questionable with regard to a warranty, why did the mechanic install them in the first place. It goes without saying that if my car is not repaired to the condition for which I have already paid for, I will as certain as the sun will rise be contacting an attorney that deals with car dealerships specifically who rip off and defraud their customers. I will pursue this legal action regardless of the personal cost to me. All I ask for is that I get the new engine that I paid for then I will be happy to edit this review. Sincerely; David Zannini
