Like burnt toast brown; shouldn't have gone out. - I had my wife and 2 kids (10&12) with me. These 5 bros packed themselves into the booth behind us and immediately started running their mouth. F bombs galore, to the point we actually decided to leave. My wife asked them to be a little more considerate given there were families there and got the response "I'm not ******* censoring myself. Don't bring your ****** kids to my pub". The waitress heard them, and apologized. It caused a bit of a scene and the guy running the room was there, and couldn't have missed it. Point is, management can't control who's going to come in and sit down, or what they're going to talk about once they're seated. And I'm not saying these idiots should have been kicked out... but they could have done *something*. So be aware, although this looks like a nice alternative to the cactus club zoo, this may be a situation you'll be on your own to deal with. Really a shame. read more

We came to Central on a Wednesday afternoon for there Wednesday wing and beer specials. The wings are $6.50 and a $4 beer :) word to the wise: get the garlic honey sauce on the side to dip the salt and pepper wings in- amazing!! We also got the pear and blue cheese pizza- it had a fresh green salad on top and was pretty good. The waitress was very friendly and we got good service. I have to say, when we walked in, I was almost ready to turn around. I've never been in a restaurant this loud before. We couldn't even hear the girl who greeted us. We assumed she asked if we wanted to sit at the only two empty seats at the bar. The restaurant is super small with low ceilings. I think in the summer when the patio opens up, the noise will have somewhere to flow. Thankfully, our ears adjusted and we had a great time. I'm really glad we stayed because the food and company at the bar were awesome. Zain, the bartender, and our server was super friendly and you could tell everyone was enjoying their job. My fish tacos were outstanding. Really tasty, well balanced and filling - but be warned: have some extra napkins at the ready. :) My husband ordered the 'Signature' Burger and also couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The atmosphere here is very cool and they don't miss a beat. A top recommendation for Kelowna, especially when that patio opens. read more

There are mediocre burger chains and places popping up on every corner. The one area they can't fake it in is in the taste and quality of the meat. Drop 20 toppings on dry, tasteless meat and it still fails. The meat here is juicy and flavorful. This is worth seeking out if you desire eating a really good burger. The atmosphere is also wonderful with a decent draft lineup and several televisions. Our service was also excellent. read more

Wonderful food! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meals, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and quinoa bowl. Sweet potato fries are AMAZING! Menu does not list what is or isn't gluten free, but they do have lots of options that are gluten free. They have a GF pizza crust, GF buns for the burgers, salads are gluten free (minus croutons), and fish tacos can be made GF. Definitely check them out! Seating indoors is a little small, cafe style, but in warm weather there is additional outdoor seating. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Two thumbs up! read more

Best burger I've had in Canada. This place is a true gem. The service is also great and their presentation is rustic and nostalgic. Their centra fries are to die for, real potatoes and well spiced. Our group of 11 came in for a late lunch after a morning and afternoon of boating. We were seated promptly on the patio. Service was really friendly. They have a good drink menu and daily specials. The food was pretty good from what I tried. My husband and I split the salt and pepper wings, calamari and the signature burger with a side of fries. Wings were on point; crispy outside but juicy inside. The burger was really delicious. It was juicy and the sauce was tasty; we devoured that almost immediately. The calamari was a bit of a miss for me. It was a bit chewier than what I'm used to and I didn't like the sauce it came with on the side. Hubby thought it was okay though so maybe it's just me. Overall a good experience and hope I can come back the next time I'm visiting Kelowna. read more

I had picked this place to take my parents for dinner. I was sooo confused and a little scared when I approached the building - it's inside a sports dome! But once you get inside and sit down, you'll forget about that. The interior is trendy and the atmosphere is great, if a little loud. Food was very good - the burgers are great (though they contain pork), the chicken tenders had that really yummy crisp batter, and hubby LOVED the truffle fries. Everything comes with a lot of awesome dips and sauces, too. Service was a touuuch slow, it took us a bit to place our order and get drink refills, but that's just nitpicking :) I think we'll be back! read more

Went there Saturday night for drinks and dinner. The food and service were great. But, we ordered lemon drop shots and the first two were very weak. We told the server this before the third round. So, this time she brought shots of their well vodka, which they claimed was Stoli. It was not Stoli. I have had thousands of drinks of Stoli in my life. We showed up at 5:30 on a Wednesday. Not expecting to get in right away, we figured it would be busy. The hostess told us it would be a 45 min wait. No problem. We went to BNA for a drink and didn't hear anything for an hour. We ended up having to wait 2 hours until we finally got in. Once we were seated at our table we ordered a round of drinks, which took 10 minutes for them to finally arrive. Not a great start. However, we ordered food and it came in a timely fashion. The food was great. The atmosphere inside was awesome. The remodel they did looks phenomenal. The only problem we had was the wait, would have been better if they just told us it would be a 2 hour wait in the first place. Just moved into the neighborhood. After starting a new job just down the street, I walk past here every day. Haven't popped in because it looks so small from the outside, but after a negative experience at the pub across the street, I decided to stop in tonight, So glad I did! Big tables, clean, lots of room, friendly atmosphere...drink specials even on a Friday night. Pleasantly full, great noise level, and am amazing server who was friendly, quick and professional. Cocktail was so good (try the Mr Tea) and i am happy to know they've got a great menu-didn't have time to eat but will definitely be back to next time! I went here with a friend early one evening and was totally impressed with the food. We had the fried green tomatoes (unbelievable!) and a pizza with great quality toppings. The drinks are really well priced, and I love the wine on tap, which I think is Hester Creek. Last weekend I went in with a few friends and found the place completely packed. The owner was so warm and welcoming and explained that everyone had pretty much just been seated, so we might need to wait a fair while. He gave us his card and told us to call or text in advance next time and he would do his best to accommodate us.
