It has a large panel in the center and two sliding doors covering the turntable on one side and controls on the other. I Googled to see if there was a glass shop in Bastrop and found RMK. Support local they say..So I did. I took the measurements and took both of the physical sliding top covers to the shop so they could make sure they are right. The woman at the front told me that they were short handed and it would be about three weeks. Wow that's a long time but okay. Binswanger probably would have done it in two days. So weeks past and nobody called and I checked in. Nope not ready but they're working on it.. Called the next day, yes they are done. So I get there and the two door glasses were done but not the top. They said come back in a couple of hours so I had to mill around Bastrop for two hours. Got them home and the first thing I did was tried to put the top center piece which was heavier glass..It was exactly an inch too long, even though the dimensions on the paperwork were correct. Not only that the edges were finished very poorly. So I moved on to the sliders. The first one fit great. The second one..An inch too long. This was Tuesday. I turned right around and took those two pieces and the door back. They said they would fix it. Would it be done by Thursday? "it should be" So today is Thursday. I called around noon and Zach told me that they would be done by the end of the day so I came back at 4:30..Still not done!!!!! I had to stand there and wait. Zach worked on them for a while then walked away and passed by me. Another guy finished. He finally brought the pieces and put them in my car. The edges of the large glass was still not very well finished. I got home, and the other glass is too wide..I couldn't test this the first time because the glass was too long to fit down onto the door but it's about 1/8" too wide so the door won't open. I'm fairly disgusted with the service I received and not even an apology for making me come back three times for their errors. I've included photos. Three pics of the edges of the large glass and how much off the door glass was. I'm not going back. I'm going to Binswanger in Austin. Do yourself a favor..Call Binswanger...

Their sales rep came over very prepared. He came with different types of glasses and explained each option to me. I had a concern about water exiting the door and he came up with a solution that would both seal and keep the bath space looking modern. He was very knowledge about all my concerns and had confident answers to them. The communication with the office was really good. They were very detailed oriented with scheduling and works extremely well with rescheduling. On the day of install, the workers were really respectful and careful. They cleaned up afterwords and communicated well with me. I look forward to using them again and highly recommend!

Wish I would have done a little more research than choosing this company…read more Service Requested: This has to be one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would never do business with them again. Their installers were awesome, but the office staff and sales team are horrible. I inquired about an order in August 2023. Salesperson called me immediately and came to my home the following day of my inquiry to take measurements and provided a quote. Made the decision to go with them and month later I had to call them to see what the status was of my order (According to their website and from the sale guy, it will take 12 - 13 days from the date of purchase for orders to be filled). After several run arounds, they finally told me that they would be coming out to install the shower door. Came to my home to install the shower door and shower wall, and I noticed that there were several scratches on all the pieces of glass. Therefore, they had to reorder another glass (no one checked the glass prior to coming to my home). Another month went by, and I had to call again to see what the status was of the reorder. No one had a clue. Call the sales guy, and he had no clue as well after he had already come back to my home to request an expedited order due to the damage. Now, two months have gone by, and replacement glass still has not shown up. Once the glass showed up in November 2023, again, there were more scratches on all the pieces of glass. Another month goes by, and I had to call once again to check the status of the reorder and the GM stated that he would take care of the issue but once again, the GM provided false pretense and lack of the customer service. Now it is January 2024, and I finally had to call back once again to check the status of my order, and they finally told me the glass is ready. With a lack of confidence, I went out to the office to where they store the glass to check and make sure that everything was finally fixed. Finally, the glass checked out and finally got the glass installed. After 6 months of inconvenience of not able to use my new shower, they were not willing to provide any compensation after me calling, texting, and reaching out them several times and not concerned about their customers. Value: Great quality of glass, but the manufactures do not check their work. Therefore, you better check before installing. Overall: I would NOT recommend this company until they improve their customer service. Again, this was the worst experience I've ever had.

I was not satisfied with way the master bathroom tile in the shower and floor turned out. Big gaps in the grout and against the floorboards, no apologies, and just excuses. Also, wasn't happy that I didn't receive the vanity we discussed-- I requested a floating vanity and was told that was what I was getting, but that is not what was delivered. The workers left a pile of their meal garbage in the work area each day and left garbage from the work they did scattered throughout the front yard. Such a mess! I expected better time management. They started my job-- but then I guess they have other jobs that were deemed more important so my project dragged on much longer than expected. Since the real estate market was so volatile, I believe the delays costs us money when we were finally able to get the house on the market. I also expected the Rojas Family Tile would handle payment processing in a more professional manner. Asking me to lie on PayPal or Venmo by stating this was a "friends & family" transaction is not a professional business practice. Processing fees are part of your business expenses-- I know because I have run several businesses. Hopefully, things have improved with Rojas Family Tile since we used them in 2021. But based on my experience with them, I wouldn't recommend them.

Along the way, we also discovered that we needed to have the roof replaced, and so put that in the mix for a bid as well. We contacted six different companies, each of which brought a particular set of strengths and challenges. We chose Austin Pro based on a combination of factors: personalized attention to our project, comprehensive estimate and explanation of each line item, and ability to get the project done on a timeline that worked for us. We chose to have the house re-sided with Hardie Plank, painted with Sherwin-Williams paint, and re-shingled the roof with GAF shingles. It's easy to get overwhelmed by the process of basically re-doing the entire house, especially when insurance companies come into play. To that end, everyone at Austin Pro was first rate. Before we even settled on a contractor, Paul, our project manager, walked me through the intricacies of the process, and spent probably more time than he wanted explaining how things would go, and what options we had. The bid was competitive, and the line-by-line items on the original bid made it easy to see what was going to be done, and what materials were going to be used. He was patient and courteous and flexible, and was also able to speak to us in a way that didn't make things even more confusing. Kevin was the siding project lead, and though we never met in person, I felt comfortable that he had our best interests at heart as he got the crew on site, working fast and efficiently to remove and replace the siding. He even called in the middle of the siding job to tell us that we didn't need something we thought we would, saving us money that we could then use for add-ons we didn't originally budget for. The siding install and siding paint was done beyond our initial expectations, with nice touches like window framing and utility box framing that I didn't even know we needed but now look perfect. We had the back door repainted as well as our front balcony and pillars, and the end result is fantastic. It really was done to the point where it looks like a brand new house, and not one built in the early 1990s. Paul was back on site for the roofing job, and the roofers did a great job removing and replacing the shingles and skylight with new materials, on a roof that is exceptionally steep and challenging. They had the entire project done in only two days, and it looks fantastic. Finally, Garrett came by to do the final walk-through and punch list check-off, and was a real pleasure to interact with. He fulfilled all the items on the list, at least the ones he could do on his own, and did so in a friendly, courteous, and extremely efficient manner. All in all, Austin Pro lived up to their name and to their reputation. It is possible to find a company that can do your big jobs for less, but I am not sure you could find one that could do it better. They stand by their work with a quality assurance guarantee, and while I don't intend to need it, it's great that it's there.
