I also had to haggle with the lady at the front desk as to when to get my items back. She first said they'll be done in over a week! I had to talk her down to 2 days. My requests are not normal, and so far Ruby has delivered and surprisingly the prices for my difficult requests are more than reasonable. After already paying around $50 for the service, having the manager, Siraj Patel, argue with me over a few cents was completely absurd. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Between the lazy packaging, nickel-and-diming over pennies, and terrible customer care, they clearly do not value their customers or respect their clothing. I don't recommend to use them.

They're conveniently located for all of those in the "Wheatlands" area, and the customer service is always prompt and professional. The prices are standard - higher than CD1 - but they offer perfect service. Tip: Go here to get alterations! They have a dressing room where you try on the existing garmet, and they'll make the alterations and have them back to you quickly. Rather than pay some $80 to get my alterations for a bridesmaid dress done, I paid under $30.

When I got home I was shocked with how bad the stitch job was. The more I looked the worse it was. This type of fabric shows every screw up so trying to fix it will never look right. I explained this to the man who answered the phone when I called and he insisted I brought it back for them to fix. Honestly, I really didn't trust they would do that much of a better job when they thought it was okay to give the jacket to me like this in the first place. I said I'd prefer a refund but he said they did not do refunds. He was incredibly rude. He even said "ohhh maaa god". He yells at me and tells me not to sue him and I told him I'm not trying to sue him I just want a refund. Weird that he jumped to that right away. Must have happened to him before. I would highly not recommend to get anything altered here and just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you'll find yourself in an argument with this very unprofessional guy. I paid $49 for this by the way. Loose hanging threads and unfinished ends that were not properly fastened off and destroyed fabric. Very messy.
