My washier broke unexpectedly and I was dreading having to go to a laundromat while I waited for LG to fix it. As I was looking for a laundromat to wash my clothing I came across Central Coast Laundry. I was extremely impressed with this laundromat from the minute I walked into it. I was greeted by a worker named Cindy D. as soon as I walked in. She helped me get the machines working. Cindy D. Checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was okay. I cannot say enough about this Laundromat. This is not your corner store laundromat. After a pipe leak in the slab of my home (no water for 3 days) I had to find a way to do laundry. It has honestly been 20+ years and I did not know if I had enough quarters. What a shock to find Central Coast Laundry on Yelp and all of the amazing reviews. I decided to made the 16 mile drive to try it and it was beyond any of my expectations. The owner happened to be there and he guided me through he process of downloading the Speed Queen app as a quick way to pay for each machine...which meant NO QUARTERS! The app offers several ways to pay and I used Apple Pay which helped me breeze through the process. You can choose the type of wash you would like to do, the temperature and another option. It made doing laundry easier than anything I could have imagined. I found the prices to be reasonable, especially when I walk into a laundromat that is spotless; uses an app to run the washers/dryers; very clean machines; clean folding areas and an owner who actually cared enough to walk me through the process and did not mind when my laundry ran past closing. I do not write a lot of reviews, but this business was built with customers in mind and their comfort. There was a TV, vending machines (that included snacks and drinks) and a very clean bathroom. I believe that they offer fluff n' fold as well, They have a customer for life. I was so happy that I made the drive and I will use them again. Talk about a hidden GEM. This morning my washer stopped working and let me just say ... I was DREADING having to go to the laundromat. This place just opened up recently and it's near my home so I thought I'd give it a chance. BOY am I glad I did, I walked in and immediately was greeted by Cindy, which I may add is such an amazing person. She was so nice in helping me figure out how to use the machines and was really pleasant to talk to. This place is clean, like CLEAN which is probably due to Cindy mopping every 10mins. lol. No but really this place is great. My clothes washed and dried in about 2 hours, time went quick. My kids and I grabbed some lunch while we were waiting. OK, so about 2-3 weeks ago visiting the area needed to do some laundry and so I decided to go to Central Coast Laundry. The reviews were great although only a few reviews they look like a new business but from the pictures I thought wow this place looks really nice now back home. I go to a really nice laundromat on the normal scale of a laundromat. I go to a really nice one and a nice plain little town and I, but I was blown away by the pictures on the reviews of yelp and for the business overall, I thought they have television of the fireplace and movies and awaiting lounge area with chairs and a couch. They've got vending machines. They've got 6-7 workstation no areas with a chair in an outlet that pops up out of the desk top this is great because if you have some work to do or you want to charge your phone or get on your laptop, and the machines are all brand new their digital touchscreen to take cash or credit card and they're really easy to use and this is what I experienced when I went to do a couple of loads of laundry.They have several TV's and nice music and wifi to do work on laptop etc. There's a really nice employee there by the name of Cindy (everyone is nice) and I had questions and she was informative and friendly and that helped me figure out kind of how to use the machines and I wanted to use cash and and so forth and she was just really helpful very nice They also have a wash and fold Service. I didn't use that but many people like to to save time or you know drop off their stuff. Go run errands. Pick them up later that day or the next day whatever it may be so that that's a really cool service that you might use. Overall, the pricing was very competitive I mean for what's been invested in this business to be a very higher end like amazing experience the washer and dryers worked great easy to use large front loading the vending machines have snacks if you want the waiting area just everything like there's nothing that I've ever seen that comes close to this Laundry service facility Go do yourself a favor go to it. OK there's no saying you get what you pay for and if you want top quality machines and a great experience while you wait. Check out central coast trust me you'll be glad you did. read more

My son was affected by the Palisades fire. Thankfully he was able to salvage some clothes. I wasn't sure what to do to get the smoke out, but I took them to Central Coast Laundry because I knew they were new in town. Cindy was AMAZING!! So kind and helpful and she did a wonderful job. We used the fluff and fold service and everything was folded and packed up for us when we returned. Everything smelled fresh and clean.
