Today was the first day we used their pick up service and we are very satisfied and happy with our clean clothes. The order was easy to place online and our items were picked up the following morning. The employee who picked up our order was very kind and helpful on answering our questions. I do not recommend this place if you have kids, Yanet or whatever her name is was so rude during our 2 load stay. Constantly kept giving me comments about my child moving the laundry carts (which I planned to put together once we were done). She honestly almost made me cry. Honestly the amount of money you have to spend here is ridiculous. You have to pay for a card not your regular credit cards. When you're inputting your cash, it has to be $20 or more otherwise they charge you $2 fee for the card. The only good thing about this place is that it is clean and less homeless people. read more

I needed to take a comforter in to be washed as it would not fit in my washer at home. They had some much larger machines that easily handled the task. There was an attendant on duty who was very helpful and courteous. As I had never been there before he showed me how everything worked and what I needed to do. It used to be that the machines would except quarters for a single wash however, the owner updated the machines to accept only pre-purchased cards with a value of $10 or greater. Also, there seems to be a lot of problems with the debit cards either the machines breakdown or this is a bug in their system that needs to be fixed on a daily basis. read more

I think I found my new favorite laundromat! I went to wash at Queens about 2 weeks ago. It was at night on a Sunday. I usually do laundry early mornings on the weekdays but lately my go to laundromat has been filled with homeless ppl due to it being so rainy lately. And with 2 little ones... I get a little uneasy just having them around when the laundromat is filled. Plus, their washers have been breaking down like crazy. Anyways, I remember spotting Queens (still wasn't open) while driving my brother to his barber. So that Sunday when I needed to do laundry, the laundromat I had spotted a while back (queens) came to mind. My husband was greeted by a male attendant. (Forgot his name ) Super nice! Very helpful! Gave us a breakdown of how everything worked and what they offered. They might seem a little pricey but I don't mind.. my clothes were SUPER clean! Better washed then my regular laundromat. My sons blanket that he carries everywhere, had pen stains from about a month ago. I had taken it to wash and the previous person drying their clothes had left a pen which ended up exploding on my clothes. I hadn't been able to take out those stains. But when I washed at Queens... those stains came out of his blanket!!!!! I put it on the hottest temperature so must've done the trick! I might live a distance away but I don't mind the drive when The place is clean, nice atmosphere and helpful attendants that are happy to help and no attitude. read more

This afternoon I was about to go get drop off service for my laundry. However, I came a cross to a horrible accident with police shutting down the parking lot in front of this laundry business. I'm only giving two stars because the employee that works there at night has the worse attitude problem ever! Seems like he really hates his job. He was mopping the floors one night and another customer stepped on the part he was mopping and he was extremely rude about it. He was death staring her down. It's so uncomfortable. I just cannot fathom on how rude he is honestly. I've never seen that in my whole customer service career. Everytime I go there at night and he is there I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. This is the first time we've ever used a laundry service, but when our washer broke down, no one wanted to spend an hour or two at a laundromat washing and then having to fold clothes. On a whim, I looked online to see if there were any pick up and deliver laundry services since so many other services have started making house calls. There were several, but I chose to go with Queen Laundromat because their advertisement was quick and to the point. Setting up my account was easy and dealing with Sal was a pleasure. He was very professional and arrived to pick up my laundry and delivered it exactly when he said he would. Although their pick up and delivery option wasn't free, I thought it was still fair, and my laundry was clean and folded in one large bag. The final total was what I expected and we'll be sure to use them again. My daughter takes her grandmother's laundry to the laundromat itself and said the place is very clean and has a great staff. I wish I could give them a 5 star rating, however I am slowly starting to avoid coming. I absolutely love the idea of having a laundromat near home, with great prices and great staff. When you walk in you see a sign saying "Mask Required" however as I am writing this review I am seeing an employee with a face mask under his nose, customers with no face mask, some have it under their chin and walking freely. There's customers parked at the fire lane area in front of the door. Why have these signs up and policies if no one enforces them? read more
