Waffling on the part of the staff to try covering their tracks in terms of who was responsible for not informing her or her caregiver that the procedure was not covered, until after 6 appointments!? Seeing red at the moment, and I warn anyone who considers this practice to look elsewhere. At best they are completely disorganized and incompetent. At worst they only care about getting money, to the point of misleading their patients in order to get the patients to consent to expensive procedures even if the procedures are not covered.

However, it's been 3 years now and it still is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Dr. Wasserman is INCREDIBLY kind, steady, patient, and knowledgeable.
