I had no other problems from my cataracts; no nighttime halos and rays when driving. Dr. Walker removed my cataracts, and my vision is now 20-20 and 20-25. HOWEVER, I now have significant problems driving at night. I have light rays coming down from traffic lights that extend into my car. I have light rays in my rear view mirror. There are starbursts from oncoming headlights. I see rays coming from my neighbors' porch lights, so I don't take evening walks. I can't drive at night without significant problems, and will not venture more than a mile from home. I'm completely disabled when it comes to nighttime driving. During the day, I sometimes have "fluttering." It's been 7 months since my surgery, and Dr. Walker has no idea why I'm having issues. She says I'm "seeing better than I ever have," referring to my prescription change, but completely disregarding the major problems I'm having. I would gladly wear contacts again if it meant I wouldn't be going through this ordeal.

They had an opening due to a cancelation & called the day before. When I got that call to get him in sooner, I was so thankful. This was my first time ever at an opthalmologist, along with my son of course, so wasn't too sure of what to expect, etc. We came in because my son has been having eye issues, I initially figured it was allergies, but wanted to be safe. I had other thoughts as to what it *could have been* and wanted to rule them out as well. My initial suspicions were correct and it was in fact allergies, but better to be safe than sorry. Also it is so good to have found an opthalmologist office that my family might need. Now to get my husband in lol. Great office, not a long wait time at all! Wonderful, kind, staff they're all so great! Highly recommend. My son even commented how great the doctor was and that it wasn't too bad (he was nervous, rightfully so!)

I can no longer see to drive. I don't know if it could have been avoided, but they should have referred me to a retina specialist before doing this surgery. I was very impressed with the state of the art second opinion practice & decided to stay with them. I signed a form for the release of my records and they sent it over to Dr. Longshore's office. Three weeks later they were not released. The new practice sent a second request for the release of my records. Another month goes by and they still were not released. I made several calls to the office and was told they'd refer it to Dr. Longshore. Called again in April & Dr. Longshore said she wanted me to sign "her" copy of the Release of Records form and pay $25 for the transaction. I did that and she cashed my check on April 26th. I made several more calls regarding the Release of Records and finally said "just refund my $25 since you did not send my records. Made more calls & was advised that Dr. Longshore wanted me to "put it in writing" why I wanted the $25 refund. Obviously, I wanted the refund because after signing 3 copies (2 sent from my new ophthalmologist and one from Dr. L's practice) my records were never released. I did that on June 4th. I still have not received the $25 refund. She is unprofessional, lacks integrity and is downright nasty. I would not recommend her to anybody and suggest you stay as far away from Bucks County Ophthalmology -Dr. Kristine Longshore as possible!

Asked me tons of questions, including ones about allergies and other semi-related health questions that could possibly be related, and went through the history of my problem dating back a year! She is awesome, and I just wish she would follow me to New York!

It's only a day or so before you're able to do things again which really isn't bad considering the benefits. However, it's been 3 years now and it still is one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Dr. Wasserman is INCREDIBLY kind, steady, patient, and knowledgeable. His staff is quick to remedy any issues that come up. I've been going back for eye checkups there ever since. Office is clean. Wait times are reasonable. Location is perfect. I've sent my friends there for checkups and Lasik consultations and they've had good experiences as well. HIGHLY, highly, highly recommend!
