Hopefully some of this renovation will take place at the pharmacy, because it's somewhat cramped and not really capable of handling a backlog of customers. There's 2 self-check kiosks in the front, with no place for a line to wait if there's a backup. Hopefully these get a facelift too, as they could be more user-friendly.

I went to pick up my medication a week ago from the drive through. A young man (probably in his…read morelate 20's) took care of me at the window. As I'm waiting for my medication the cvs employee coughed and didn't cover his mouth. He was not wearing PPE and gave me the medication as if this pandemic is a joke. I was extremely upset and told him he can be A symptomatic and could easily pass this on to me or anyone else. He started to laugh and joked that nothing will happen. I'm scared and paranoid at this moment. I should not have to deal with such carelessness from a Pharmacey employee. Usually people go there to pick medication because they're not feeling well. This man didn't care to keep customers safe. He clearly should not be working the window at CVS. This pharmacy should train employees to take precautions seriously to keep themselves and customers safe.

Why go to chain pharmacies when we have an awesome independent one right here in downtown Albany?…read moreYou're nobody at CVS or Walgreens but at Lincoln Pharmacy, they get to know you by name and offer quality, personalized service. Sadly, I have to deal with one of those 'online' pharmacies for my long-term prescriptions. But for everything else, including my pups' Rxs, I go to Lincoln Pharmacy. At Lincoln, they actually answer their phones. They call you back when they have questions or updates. They treat you like a real person. That's the kind of service that's lacking from so many other pharmacies. If you want to feel like your health actually matters, go to Lincoln Pharmacy.

I think they hike the prices extra because this pharmacy is located in Delmar and they assume everyone has money.
