You name it; it was broke. Once the car was tuned off, the key would turn it back on. (no wonder he left it idling while paperwork was done) No brake fluid and complete leaky brake line, when I mentoring that the brakes where stiff, Ed proceeded to dump an entire bottle of brake fluid into a tinny revivor, bc he was to dunce to realize it was pouring brake fluid out all over the ground. Car was a year past inspection, and then they also forgot to file the paperwork with DMV for over a month, had to go in and ask weeks later; so registrat was late and putting me in a position to get a ticke. Dead battery completely shot and constant drain on battery from a multitude of other electrical issues; door locks, windows radio all malfunctioning. Ed is a lying lunatic and his sons are both useless, all as scuzzy as scuzzy can get. ... you have been warned, the should seriously do an undercover filiming on these people for a reality show bc they play all the games, dont want to give you your proper paperwork, and then will try and accuse you of asking them to do something illegal, when that never happened (so clearly something illegal was done with the paperwork without my knowledge) read more

Dropped off a car overnight to get fixed in the morning. Placed they key where instructed. Owner calls us in morning to say he can't find key. After hours of searching we go to help ourselves and it is still nowhere to be found. Owner now claims it is not his responsibility and refuses to take any action to remedy the situation. What should have been an easy brake job is now costing us new key fobs, missed work, and a rental vehicle while we sort this out. Probably a tow as well, as I do not trust this mans work at this point. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle anywhere else- you'll save a lot of time and agrivation. Ed and his sons are the cliché epitome of used car dealers. The warranty they offer is useless as they don't honor it. They even went as far as to doctor photos of the vehicle I purchased (which I can prove) to suggest I had an accident with the car that caused an issue and therefore they wouldn't honor the warranty. Remember the bad floods we had??? They are right on the river. Think about that before considering a purchase from them. I had to return 4 times for the same issue as it wasn't fixed the first three times. They kept the car for days on end without fixing anything! This is the only place to buy a used car. Ed and his boys always been honest and stand behind their cars. I just purchased my Third car in the last 14 yrs from them and even though they were still recovering from the hurricane Ida flood, they carefully took their time to show me only the new inventory and refused to show me any flood damaged vehicles I inquired about. Saying we can't sell those vehicles they are going to insurance salvage auction. Nick got me approved so quickly at a 3% interest rate,I was impressed, My new 2015 Hyundai runs great and gets fantastic mileage. Do not Give a deposit at this dealership!!!! I gave a deposit, we decided against the vehicle, went in twice to get the deposit and was given excuses that the owner was not in. Called to make sure he was in and was told that there is a sign on the wall stating that I had ten days to get my deposit back, WHICH I WAS NOT TOLD!!! When I argued the point they told me i should have read all the signs posted in the office and was given an attitude about it!! Completely unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Borough as well. read more

This place should be called Junkyard Auto Group. I bought a vehicle from them last June. They get replacement parts from junkyards for their overpriced vehicles. Their detailing consists of spray paint touch-ups behind the building under a pop-up tent and a wash and wax that my 5 year old son could do better. My advise: keep it moving when you come across their listings. read more
