My car is due for an inspection, and with a busted tail light and a headlight that just started flashing, I knew that it wouldn't pass, and because those parts are after-market headlight bulb alone was $102.00 for just one at Advance Auto; I found a pair for $28.00. I also bought 2 new headlight lens covers and a tail light. I called and spoke to Mike who without hesitation said yes they could do it. The moment I met Luis I did not feel as if I would be taken advantage of being at the mercy of a mechanic. I highly recommend No Limits Auto Body for your auto body needs. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of excellent. Nick, the owner, was extremely cordial and accommodating. He took the time to walk me through what needed to be addressed, pointed out key areas to monitor, and gave spot-on advice without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Pricing was very fair -- no haggling needed -- and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. The car drives smoother, stops on a dime, and those new headlights finally make night driving feel safe again. Exceptional service, honest guidance, and solid workmanship. I'll absolutely be coming back here for future work. Highly recommend!

For those who don't want to read a short story, the new owner/mechanic is simply dishonest. Many…read moremembers of my family and my friends have been brining our vehicles to that location for over a decade, as it was formerly owned by Henry and Joe. In all the years, I never had a single issue with H&J. They were mechanics with integrity. The new owner of "J&J" lied to me several times throughout my first experience under his command. When confronted regarding the initial lies, he constructed more lies. Expect him to "find" problems with your vehicle and expect an inflated bill because of it. Do not expect him to have your vehicle ready when he agrees to. Do not expect a courtesy call to inform you that it's not actually ready yet either. Expect no one to answer the phone at the shop for hours after the agreed upon pickup time. Above all, expect him to prioritize his road service over your scheduled appointment and to lie about the reasons your service was delayed. These interactions are difficult to summarize into words. Something you unfortunately understand following a first hand experience. If you want to feel like you were taken advantage of and lied to, this is your guy. The new owner of J&J recently acquired this business. Most of the positive google reviews are older and should be credited to the former owners only. Those guys were worth their weight in gold. His recent positive reviews are clearly orchestrated to offset the incoming negative feedback.

Thats crazy! After leaving and researching it, the old Manager Kurt left and opened his own spot. I called, made an appointment and am glad I did!! Staff was great, they have so many more tint percentages and we found a perfect match. The place itself has a vibe....sick decor, awesome music playing, free water and soda as you wait. It was very busy, but they had reasonable pricing and got me in and out quickly. I was more impressed that when I got my Jeep back, there was protection on the carpet and steering wheel as well as an instruction card hanging from the mirror. No scraps of tint and no water marks dripped at all! So happy I made the 45 minute drive to my new place for mods! Thanks Kurt and crew...will definitely be back.

When they sent the wrong device, instead of telling me to pick the car up and bring it back, he went to get the item himself, driving a total of 3 hours so that I could get the car back the next day. Next level customer service. When I want to upgrade my sound system and wrap, I will probably come back to East End Auto Kicks.
