She billed Medicare, against my wishes, and then, when I didn't pay Labcorp's bill (because I had already paid Labcorp thru another company that had a financial relationship with Labcorp), they came after me almost daily, ordering me to pay them -- money I had already paid. This went on for months. It was finally "resolved," but only because a kind employee finally took pity on me. Yes, there was one employee who was kind--out of many employees. That was several months of harassment that I will never get back. A terrible experience. Wish I could have given the place a ZERO rating.

I spoke with Edith B about disputing the bill, and she was no help. I would not recommend using this location for any medical treatment. The staff are not friendly, and will lie to you. Everyone working here should be ashamed to say they work in the medical field.
