Shawn was extremely knowledgeable about his rigging and able to lower every piece in a methodical manner that prevented damage to any of the surrounding areas. It only took two days for his team and him to hand remove the tree as there was no large access for mechanical equipment. They worked diligently and professionally throughout the process. We opted to have the stump ground as well. The trees root ball had pushed that side of the yard up significantly, so I went in after and dug out the mass. He came back out and ground the remaining root ball out so that I could hall the debris off. Now I don't have to worry about years of settling through decomposition and can rescape the area free of worry. Though tree removal is never an "enjoyable" process, I found the process to be quite pleasant. Their services were thorough, very reasonably priced and prompt. I would absolutely recommend this company to others and have shared their contact and my experience with others in the neighborhood who have inquired. He showed up as scheduled and gave us a quote on the work. He said that we would have to wait quite a while to have the work done. That was understandable because everyone else was too and not a big deal. So we waiting about a month an a half. Here is why we are so upset; The "day before" the work was to be done, Raymond had his office manager call me (late in the afternoon the day before) and say that Raymond wouldn't be able to come as scheduled and contracted. She said that one of the workers hurt himself and they could not do the job. I was very disappointed but said I understood. I ask "when" the reschedule would be. She ask if I still wanted the work to be done.....I said yes of course. She acted surprised but she said she would get with Raymond on a new date and would call me back in a week or so. Well, 2 weeks pass and nothing. So I call....and left a voice mail. Raymond emails me and says that he is still trying to figure out "how" he can do my job and he says he is leaving for vacation the next day for a month! I let him know that I need to be rescheduled before he leaves and that this is putting me in a tough spot. He then emails back and says he is cancelling the contract and left us with no service!
