The tortillas had that authentic flavor and texture you just don't get from chain restaurants, and the meat was flavorful, well-seasoned, and packed into every taco. The green salsa was the star of the show for me. Creamy, slightly spicy, and absolutely addictive. I found myself putting it on every bite. The fresh cilantro, onions, and generous lime wedges brought everything together perfectly. Simple ingredients done right. Beyond the food, I loved the atmosphere. It's part taqueria, part Mexican market, which always feels like a good sign when you're looking for authentic food. No frills, no gimmicks, just great food and a steady stream of customers who clearly know where to find the good stuff. If you're in Indianapolis and craving authentic street-style tacos, this place deserves a spot on your list. I'll definitely be back for more tacos and to explore more of the menu. Worth the stop. I was not a fan of the salsas that I tried. They did send over chips, that were in my opinion. They were crispy. Had no flavor of either salt nor lime on them. Definitely needed salsa, but as I mentioned earlier, the salsas were not very good. Good. I had a roasted red salsa, salsa Verde, plus chili de arbol. None of them, had anything going for them. That was positive. It tasted like it was just the ingredients without seasoning. The salsa Verde tasted like just green tomatoes, and the same for the red. There are several options ranging from mild to a nice kick of heat, and they're all worth trying.
