The Collab is supposedly "known for its fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors in a stylish, artful setting". In our 2 meals there I had a pizza for dinner and a breakfast sandwich the next morning. For a 3 meal hotel restaurant, I thought they did a great job. In the morning my wife had their "version of a pancake" which was very custardy in the middle and a bit strange but still good. You want to make a pancake where it is cooked on the outside and still soft on the inside? Sure, why not. Not our fave but the service and buildout were good and especially when we stuck with the more traditional fare, everything was delicious.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was smooth throughout the evening. We ordered the margarita pizza and the vegetable pizza, both of which were very good. We also had the broccolini as a side, which was tasty, and the chicken, which we enjoyed as well. Everything came out nicely prepared and well-paced. We arrived later in the evening, which may have helped with being seated quickly, even without reservations. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and a great option if you're staying at the hotel or nearby

Such a fun pit-stop to add to your day if you're staying at The Biltmore…read more I had the pleasure of spending a beautiful and relaxing trip to The Biltmore in which we were able to enjoy this gorgeous bar on the lower lobby of the hotel. The Biltmore Bar has an elegant old Hollywood ambiance decorated with immaculate gold and brass decorative light fixtures, decor pieces, furniture and finishes that are unique to the one of a kind luxury that encapsulates the Biltmore. The service was exactly what you'd expect the Biltmore to be, exceptional! The bartender prepared exceptional Cocktails, both stiff and beautiful to sip on. We opted for a light bite since we had dinner plans with friends elsewhere, and for the first time I indulged in caviar! I am delighted to report I knew this was the best place to have a first The Caviar Deviled Eggs were absolutely sensational. The creamiest, most delicious bite I had the pleasure of savoring throughout my entire stay here. They were sooooooo good! If you're on the verge but feeling valiant, you won't regret taking this leap with this dish! Or truly another on this menu: all the drinks and bites are divine!

They were raving about how much they enjoyed the Biltmore Bar when they were here a few weeks prior, so we all decided to go together. Despite it being a weekend, we got a table right as we walked in. All the seats at the bar also appeared to be available, but were all taken within a half hour after we showed up. They had live music that was wonderful. It just added to the ambiance. Our server came over pretty quickly and we ordered drinks. They have a huge drink selection and I think they are well priced despite it being The Biltmore. I got the Heartbreaker martini for $18 and it was so delicious! It was light and fruity, just what I was looking for. My husband got an espresso martini that was also delish. Our server left us to hang out but periodically checked on us. I just loved everything about this place. If you're looking for a refined, chill environment to enjoy a drink, definitely come here.

You can choose from a cozy ground-floor terrace, a lush indoor dining room, or the rooftop (Mamey on 3rd), perfect for happy hour with live music. The service was efficient and friendly, Ken took great care of us and made sure everything flowed smoothly. The menu has a great variety and everything is beautifully presented. I started with the sweet-sauce chicken wings, perfectly crispy and full of flavor, followed by a round of tacos, some with beef, others with chicken, fresh and well balanced. I also had the chance to shake things up with an espresso martini or known as RumWake. It had all those rich coffee aromas and an interesting twist from a banana nut texture. It was good, but I still prefer the classic version. Their mojito, which I usually don't enjoy, totally surprised me, bright mint notes toned down the sweetness just right. At Mamey, they call it the "Mint Condition," and it's definitely worth a conditional try. The one drink I liked the least was the Serata, essentially an Aperol spritz with Asian gin blended with Prosecco. It felt watered down and the flavors just didn't come together for me. Overall, Mamey delivers a unique "island-minded" experience that blends flavors from the Caribbean, Asia, and Latin America. Between the beautiful setting, creative menu, great cocktails (with a couple of misses), and attentive service, it's a spot I'd come back to for both casual nights and special occasions.

We've come here a few times in recent weeks and the place is running nearly the same as it always has for at least a few decades, through changes in drag hosts, management and even changes to this venue's name over those years. We tend to come just before showtime so there's normally always a cover (worth it for the entertainment patrons get to see), friendly bartenders and a drag show featuring talented performers, with at least one normally interacting with patrons and doing comedy during a break in the performances, before opening up the floor for dancing once the show is complete. Azucar isn't located near much of anything else when it comes to nightlife, it's a bit divey - definitely nothing fancy or glamorous, and it's probably not worth the drive from the beach just to check it out, as at least one other reviewer mentioned. Also, all shows and entertainment, aside from lyrics to a few songs here and there are in Spanish with no English translation, so if you don't speak Spanish or have someone who can interpret at least some of the funniest bits that get the most laughs, you may not fully understand what's happening or may feel a bit left out. That said, if you're just looking for a solid drag show or appreciate Latin nightlife, this is definitely an option.

We made a reservation prior to coming because in order to make it inside you need to book a reservation. The establishment is small which is why you have to reserve. We came at around 10:45 and our reservation was for 11:00. They sat us down right away. The vibes are chill and cool, there's a dj playing music. It was like house, tech vibes. The music was great and people were enjoying their time. We had 1 cocktail each and went on our way because we just came to check out the spot honestly. I had the fabulous martini which has a purple hue to it, it was very refreshing. I love that they garnish it with a lavender. The espresso martini was made with Don Julio Reposado, and had real fresh espresso as per the menu. It was good but a bit strong too! We had asked for an extra shot of espresso on the side just as a pick me up. But our server told us that it comes cold, which is odd because the menu literally says freshly brewed espresso in the cocktail description. It was fine though, we still enjoyed the drinks. Overall, our experience was nice! If you are ever in the Hialeah area, you should totally check this spot out. They also have bites you can order but we were full from dinner and didn't get a chance to try anything. Definitely have to come back to try some more cocktails and grab some bites!
