When I arrived at the store, I said there may or may not be water damage in my phone, I wasn't entirely sure. I was told I needed to buy a new phone here and they couldn't do anything. After arguing with her about it, since I have been getting text messages, I just can't use the screen, I had to finally demand to have my screen replaced which she finally acquiesced. She did a hard reset in the back of the store which reset my screen. I asked her repeatedly what did you do? i was pretty grateful about it: she just kept saying I did a hard reset. She refused to explain what she did. I was considering whether to replace my screen since it still has parts of it that are blacked out, but I just left. Go to a different store its worth the drive.

During his work, he even found an error made during past service I have gotten on my phone screen, the previous company forgot to replace a metal plate that holds things in place and remove a piece of disposable FLAMMABLE plastic from the replacement piece. He offered to replace it himself at no charge! While he fixed my iPhone 7's battery and screen in less than an hour, and at a reasonable price, I ended up staying 2 as he is very smart and a great conversationalist! I will definitely be going to E for all my electronic needs he's able to help me solve. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
