I am very grateful for the time that Nichole urgently took to respond to my review (within an hour…read morein the middle of the workday) instead of repairing customers' technology. I hope this demonstrates to all potential customers the precedent the Fix Zone instills in its service. It is important to acknowledge that Nichole did not discredit the improper language nor the attitude that her customer received, alluding to its validity. Nevertheless, my experience does not need additional external validation, as my family can attest to our in-person treatment, and friends who joined me during our calls can support my claims about receiving a defensive attitude. If Nichole would like, the people I mentioned can absolutely write additional reviews about this experience and expose what truthfully goes on at the "Fix" Zone. Furthermore, the only thing contested in this reply was the service and communication with and by Nichole. If Nichole would like, she is more than welcome to provide any truthful documentation or videos of our interactions, as Yelp encourages attachments. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. We both understand that my family and I were never granted permission to touch the phone once it was in the Fix Zone's possession, and especially not to "[leave] with the phone". Moreover, there was very little and manipulated communication on deadlines, procedures, and costs throughout the process, unlike what Nichole states. In fact, the only haste that we received (other than the response to this review) was for us to sign the check. Believe he is the tech and owner. Seems like a bright guy and I love to support small businesses. Initial thought was a corrupt windows issue. $40 diagnostic. Issue was more complex. Ended up replacing the motherboard, cpu, fan, and upgrading the ssd. Total new money $730 of which I think $180. Not sure if it is a fair/good/great deal? Updated what was allowed today but system is requiring me to activate windows for which I was not given a key. Awaiting response via online chat as computer is not functional as is. Holding off on final review. *Received windows key quickly. All appears to be running. If this transaction concludes well I do have other projects to get down and love referring friends and family.

I spoke with a representative of this store about a Apple Watch Series 4 the rep. So it was my turn to be service and the woman approached me by asking "DO YOU HAVE THE AD" I replied "YES" she stepped to the back for about 5 minutes and returned and said "we don't have ANY series 4 Apple watches". In addition to this there was no business certificates or Fire Marshal occupancy signs for this small establishment. If you value your time please don't go to EITHER of there location
