I've been buying my cellular related items here for 10 years. I have received my items quickly and in good condition. Great prices!

Customer service is horrible. They sold me two cases that were way too big for a phone model that I specified and refused to take them back. HORRIBLE COMPANY read more

I am totally disappointed in Cellular Outfitters. What has happened to this company? I have ordered 3 other phone cases from this company and never had a problem with returning or receiving wonderful customer service. I ordered my 4th phone case about 10 days ago and I am totally dissatisfied with service and the "no return" policy. The phone case I ordered does not have the hole cut out where the phone camera lens is located. it is totally useless. I went online to see what I could to to rectify this problem, and I was directed some place where I was going to be charged $5.00 to ask a question. This is bizarre. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I certainly will tell my friends to avoid this company. This company's policy is totally unacceptable as far as I am concerned. read more

Vermin, low-life scammer pieces of shit! They had the nerve to provide a low price come-on and then they royally GOOSE you with shipping charges. I would have been fine if they posted the shipping charges up front, but NO... you get the bad news after you've placed your order. This type of crap makes me dread what's coming. I'll keep you updated on how things develop. Check my Yelp! reviews... They've been fair and balanced. This one really got under my skin. read more

Really bad company. Shipping charges not shown until after you enter a credit card. Never received order # so could not cancel tge order. Customer service not helpful. read more

Bought a case that was too bulky and requested to return it. Got an email saying the return was approved and they would send a follow-up email on what to do next. It's been almost 2 weeks since then. Not to mention that their insane shipping prices don't appear until AFTER you've paid. NEVER SHOP HERE. read more

Repeated attempts to return incorrect items have failed. I even tried returning to the return address on envelope and it came back to me. There is no way to contact them. Even the form to "contact us" when you hit "send" does not do anything. The online support staff just tries to sell you a website to pay for answers??????? Save yourself your money and aggravation. The prices are low for a reason; it's a crapshoot whether you will get what you ordered (and if you DO, whether it's for the phone you ordered it for)! read more

I received a phone case way bigger than i ordered they emailed me and told me to fill out a return form when I tried to fill out the form it told me that my item was non-refundable so I'm out the $12 that I paid for it read more

Just wanted a case for a Samsung 10e. Ordered May 20th. They said it shipped the next day. Got nothing. Asked where it was May 29th. They said on its way on June 4th. On June 12th, they said they didn't have the product, and I could get a refund. Asked for a refund June 13th, June 19th, June 27th. No responses to those 3 emails! read more

The shipping wasn't disclosed til after purchase. The phone case says on the box it is for the specific phone I have but the shape of the case is wrong. It's expected that the customer pay return shipping on a faulty product. This company is garbage. read more

These People SUCK. Without disclosing, they charges 20 something dollars for shipping. Tried to call number listed on Goggle and it is disconnected. From what I have read this is apparently a common problem with these Low Lifes. Icing my bank reverse the charges for my order. read more

Weird situation. Got what I ordered on time and it was good quality for a low price. However, they charged me $11 for shipping with zero notification. I entered my payment information and all of a sudden the order was placed with no notification of shipping costs until afterwards. They explained it was because the items shipped from a warehouse which is legitimate, but the way they snuck in the extra charge is unethical and made me fear I was being scammed. Luckily it worked out, but you should know that the shipping is "the catch" for their low prices and you won't know that until it's too late. I would probably order from them again because I was happy with what I received, but I just can't give a good review to a business that pulls something that shady read more

Was charged Shipping fees that weren't shown, but was reimbursed 1/2 of the Shipping costs through customer service through texting pretty promptly. read more

I bought a cell phone case for my Motorola Droid Turbo. They had one on special for 5.99 and free shipping so I decided quickly they would be the ones getting my business. Everything was going along fine while purchasing the item until I saw "Promo code" spot and so i took a quick look at retailmenot and sure enough, one of the codes gave me 25% off. I was thinking this place is great. But I noticed one thing that was odd...the total price never shows up before you purchase. There was the item for $4.49 and the tax for .43 cents, nothing next to shipping but still no total at the bottom of all the charges. When I hit the final purchase button, the new total came up with a $4.99 shipping charge included in the price now. There was no way to go back and reverse the order since it had already been placed. This is NOT an honest company. read more

They get one star because I can't give them anything lower than that. I placed an order weeks ago that has never arrived even though they sent me a tracking number that shows it has never moved from the post office. After multiple attempts at contact, I have not heard from them. Do not purchase anything from them. You are just throwing money away. read more

Just made an order. No shipping charges shown in cart. Only after I approved payment and had no recourse to cancel did overpriced shipping pop up read more

I'm so disappointed. I ordered screen protectors for my iPhone. There was a packet of 10 protectors for $7.99. Well like everyone else shipping was a shock, plus I only received 2 protectors!!! Never order from these people again!!! Buyer Beware!!!! read more

They do not show any shipping charge until you cash out and your charge is double. No custo er service number to ca cel order. I am extremely upset with this transaction. read more

Company placed an order for an item without ever showing shipping nor any chance to cancel once it was shown. No contact number and wanted me to pay a monthly subscription service to chat. Basically a big scam. Do not use them. read more

I ordered a phone case and screen protector neither of which fit. I've been emailing custody service for 4 weeks now with only responses that say someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours. Worst customer service out there. read more

I truly feel ripped off. On an order that was $7.43, they charged over $23.00 for shipping. Before placing the order, I looked for shipping options and charges. There was nothing. Since I have ordered from this company a few times I wasn't overly concerned, however when I printed out the order, that's when I saw the ridiculously high shipping fee. I tried to contact them only to get a recording that says they are "unable to take incoming calls at this time" I am really angry read more

It has been 13 days and I have not recieved my order. They won't let you call, they don't respond to emails or text messages. Don't waste you're time. I will be disputing the charge on my card. read more

I have ordered from them for many years and I haven't had any problems; however, this last time, they were a little slower than usual. I was starting to get annoyed. Then I get my package today, and one item is missing. There isn't a note or anything. I look for a number and cannot find one. I click on contact at the bottom and it takes me to a form! I fill it out, but I'm not feeling good about it. I decide then to go on google to get a phone number. The one I find doesn't work! Welll! What kind of business doesn"t have a working #??? The only thing that is saving them right now is the awesome service I have had with them over the years. I will leave a company in a minute. I'm looking for my cell protector. If I don't get it, it might be "bye bye outfitter". smh. read more

Purchased a cell phone case from this seller on Amazon. 2 weeks later and USPS tracking # says it will ship tomorrow, but today I get an email saying the product is out of stock. Highly suggest using another seller. There are plenty out there with equal or better products. Amazon also gets one demerit for allowing this to happen. They are really going downhill in my mind. Shipping times and order accuracy are waining significantly (as of March 2017 anyway). read more

I bought a phone holder that fits in the cup holder. That is OK. I also bought a car charger for my IPod. I only had it about a week and the wires frayed. I should have known when it listed for $19.99 but was reduced to $1.99 not to expect to much. They wanted a picture. I sent them one twice. Have heard nothing for a month. I finally gave up. For $1.99 it's not worth the aggravation and they probably know that. Only Amazon or eBay for me from now on. I have never gotten stiffed by them. read more

Sent me a knock off instead of the OEM product i ordered. Wrote them an email and said they would respond in 24-48 hrs and that was almost 5 days ago plus there's a missing piece which won't allow it to work. No phone number to call and a good company would be all over this to make you happy. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.. read more

We had been loyal and appreciative customers of Cellular Outfitters until this final order, and I do mean final. Here's the shell game: I ordered a new case for my cell phone, paid for it via PayPal and received a tracking number saying it had been sent to UPS at Fonanta CA (not New Hampshire). That number led me to a UPS tracking number that said UPS had been holding my package in Independent City CA (still not New Hampshire) and that it would arrive in Georgia by 9 p.m. that same day. I watched the truck roll by my house. Today I contacted UPS and was, unexplicably, told that UPS had dropped my package off with the US Postal Service in Independent City CA, and that was a USPS tracking number. The USPS says that it is not, and helpfully explained what to look for to ID fake tracking numbers like the one I had. Despite requesting a refund, I do not expect to receive my product, nor do I expect my purchase price and shipping to be refunded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY USED TO BE!! read more

All was well until I confirmed my $10 order. Only then did they tell me shipping was $9.97!!! Are you kidding me? Next tried to call them to cancel. What do you know? They're only open Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time!!! I will NEVER EVER use this company again. What a RIPOFF!!! read more

It is extremely unfortunate that this type of marketing works...they list standard shipping without listing a cost, and two cost options for various levels of expedited delivery. Only after you have placed your order do you get hit with a $5.99 shipping and handling "fee". They know that they are doing the wrong thing. First, they immediately make the excuse on line that you can spend more time time shopping for the same item elsewhere, and claim that their price is still less than the competition with the fee. A bit late. Then they don't respond to cancellation requests made 5 minutes later in writing, nor any requests for contact thereafter. It is a reminder to all who make on-line purchases that there are companies afraid to do business in an honest and transparent way. If they were honest and transparent, I'd buy from them again and again. If they have the lowest price for a commodity on-line in the future, however, like hundreds of other people that have expressed their sentiments before me, I will never give them another dollar. If they are afraid of being honest, why would anyone expose themselves to this type of experience more than once? It isn't poor customer service. It is an intentional choice to deceive others for profit. read more

My package was misplace by the post office and Cellular Outfitters did NOTHING to help me locate it, nor would they cancel my order since the tracking # said "attempted to deliver". Once I finally received it, there was no hole on the side to connect the wristlet! Contacted them regarding this and have received no reply. Not using them again! read more

I am very disappointed with this company. They took 5 days to process my order for shipment. The only way to reach them is by email. After waiting 48 hours for them to respond to email they said they hoped to have my phone case shipped in the next day or 2. I advised them this was unacceptable and I wanted a contact phone number to speak to a supervisor. I received an email back saying that they are an internet company and they can't give me a phone number. That a big SCAM ALERT. The item finally shipped but I paid 16 dollars for 2 day shipping and the item isn't coming for 4 days so that's also a total SCAM. I looked this company up and they are being investigated by BBB and have an F rating BUYER BEWARE read more

Well these items might look like a good deal but if you don't get what you paid for they're not. I was sent the wrong item. It was blatantly checked off the pick list. I emailed their customer service and have not heard anything back. After a week of waiting I found their phone numbers and have been calling them daily but neither number is in service "at the moment". If you don't care what you receive go ahead and buy from these guys otherwise good luck with that. read more

This company sucks; charged me $8 for shipping and a week later I hadn't recv'd what I ordered. When it did arrive, the phone holster wasn't the correct size and 3 days later after emailing them that the product wasn't the correct one, I still hadn't heard from them. UPDATE: I finally was contacted by CO staff. They adjusted my shipping fee significantly. I also received my merchadise. However, no mention about correcting the problem with the website or rethinking the shipping fees. Which is a shame. Their products are quality and lasting. Before placing an order check their FAQ section to review the shipping cost. I know I will if I get lured in again by their low low prices. Always be honest about your experience posted here. Both good and bad. Thanks Yelp for the link to update prior postings. read more
