We ordered the Classic Chocolate Chip, the Dark Chocolate Walnut, the Milk Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt, the Semisweet Chocolate and Pecan, and the White Chocolate Cranberry Sea Salt - they were all so tasty! Slightly soft and a little chewy, I can see how if they were warmed up in the oven for a few would make this super gooey and decadent. My favorite was the Dark Chocolate Walnut and the Semisweet Chocolate and Pecan - can't get enough of them nuts! Chewiness and freshness are at their peak. Walking in to the business smells like they just pulled out a tray of your favorite cookies. You're warmly greeted and faced with a simple menu of choices. It feels like walking into the kitchen of an old family friend. It's not just service- it's hospitality. For the quality and quantity, the low price is unbelievable. I like to think I'm good at baking cookies, but $2 for a fresh, homemade cookie that I couldn't replicate with hours of effort is a steal. At less than $20 for a dozen cookies, I'll definitely be here next time I need to bring a dessert somewhere and want to fool people into thinking I'm an amazing baker. Celli's is the cookie place that Williamsburg has been needing. I went to visit when they opened up in their new location. When you walk in it's not like a regular bakery where the items are behind a glass. The cookies are nicely wrapped and the decor is beautiful. EVERYTHING A COOKIE SHOULD BE!! Wow - these cookies are phenomenal! Chewy, thick enough to sink your teeth into but not overwhelming, sweet but not cloying, a generous amount of good size mix-ins (if the flavor calls for it) - these were COOKIE PERFECTION!! I read about Celli's somewhere online so I stopped in to sample the goods and I am so glad I did. Now I can pop over to pick up just a couple cookies instead of making a homemade batch and eating them all.... but as good of a cookie baker as I am, these are even better. I loved the different flavors - choc chip and butterscotch, triple chocolate chip (dark, milk, and light), lemon drop - all of them were amazing. The staff was so kind and patient as well, and the shop was adorable. I sincerely hope they don't suffer from lack of foot traffic in their location - spread the word about these cookies because we need this shop in the 'burg! They sell cookies individually or by the dozen or half dozen, and I believe they had coffee drinks as well (all I could focus on were cookies - it smelled amazing walking in!). These would make great corporate gifts or wedding favors - I will definitely be keeping them in mind for gift baskets in the future! read more

After hearing about Celli's amazing cookies for almost two years, I was so excited to be able to visit the store today and order fresh cookies. The best cookies I have ever tasted. I had the Black + White, Traditional Chocolate Chip, Walnut, and the Hudson. They are as big as my face. Also, their coffee was amazing as well, even though I went for the cookies. Bonus surprise.
