I am impressed with Yoseph's friendliness, helpfulness, and knowledge of product, as well as the staff's courtesy and helpfulness. The store is always neat and orderly, and if the reps can't help you at that moment they at least acknowledge your presence and assist when able. I would definitely recommend goimg to this store for your cellphone/tablet needs.

As a woman just trying to purchase a phone for my daughter, I feel so very uncomfortable with the employees in this store. Unfortunately, we were the only customers in the store - our associate was watching sports and laughing with his coworkers all while "helping" us out. He did not explain my options. He did not even tell us his name. He was very rude and his manager seemed to except and perpetuate the behavior of the employees. This experience has made me reconsider renewing my contract with AT&T. I know that AT&T as a company will likely not care about this experience however I advise all of you to drive to a different location and do not come to this store.

Over the past three months, I've been trying to buy my mom a new cell phone. She has been using an…read moreoutdated iPhone since the pandemic hit us back in 2020, so she had asked me to upgrade her phone without upgrading her cell phone plan. Sounds easy, right? Anyways, I started this project at the local AT&T branch near my house. Turns out that you cannot buy a phone without a plan, so that was a dead end. So I went to the Apple Store in Park City Center, Lancaster, to talk to someone there who could assist me. The young lady basically told me to go outside of their store for a new phone, so I turned to Best Buy via their app. It was a very simple process to purchase a new phone without paying too much money and not having to go through her cell phone provider directly. I decided to pick up the phone at this location, and that was also a snap. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and I was able to get her phone in my hands in less than five minutes. This was a perfect and painless way to get what I wanted without too many hassles in between. I look forward to coming back here again soon!

I bought an "open box" OLED TV at another store, only to find out after the purchase that it was a store display model that had been on the wall for 3 years, not an open box item. Understandably it had significant burn in when I got home, so I had to lug a 77" TV back. Not wanting to repeat that, I tried to call Harrisburg East, as they have lots of potentially good deals on open box items, but it's impossible to speak with anyone locally to find out whether an item truly is open box or just another 3-year-old used product. When I called the local number, the non-local rep told me the item wasn't even available, even though the website allowed me to put it in my cart an order it for 1 hour pick up. Either the phone rep was wrong, or the website was, but either way, there is no way to contact the local store to verify anything. Why even have a local number if you can't speak to anyone locally? Either way, this headache has caused me to cancel both my Best Buy Visa and my Plus accounts. Go to Amazon, CostCo, or B&H instead, they are cheaper with better customer service anyway.
