He came at 5:00 a.m., but when I went outside at 8:00 a.m., there were still approximately six inches of snow on the driveway. By 11:00 a.m., I called to ask if he would be returning to properly clear it. He never came back. It continued snowing until 4:00 p.m., and my husband and I were forced to shovel the driveway ourselves. It was an exhausting and difficult experience, especially given my husband's health condition.
