Surprised at all the good reviews on here. My experience was not so great. Hired abc septic to inspect a house I was in the process of purchasing. The report they gave us did not match up with what they were saying on location. We had a funny feeling and decided to hire another company for a second inspection. They found multiple things wrong with the system that ABC overlooked and even recommended further test to really insure the tank was operational and would not have to be replaced. They ended up failing the inspection which granted us a credit with the person selling us the house. Overall, we were really disappointed with ABC especially since their inspection services were almost $500. We would advise anyone interested to shop around and request a detailed breakdown of the services they will be receiving before hiring any septic company. John is a nice guy, but unfortunately he fell short when it came to the inspection and that is what we were hiring him for. read more

John and his crew at ABC Septic are the best! My Daughter and son-in-law purchased their first home (a bank owned foreclosure property) that needed a complete new septic install. I called several local well known and recommended companies and got a lot of run around. Finally I just started down the list on Google, and came up with ABC Septic. I called John, and before we even met he steered me in the right direction to get the history of the current system through the county offices. John was honest, up front and went the extra mile for us all the way through. After waiting over two months for a county approval, once we finally got the approval, John literally moved mountains to get this system installed, and finished the job in the shortest possible time frame. They did the system install, did a great job on the grading of the remainder of the dirt that had to be moved around, and cleaned up after themselves. There was no debris left behind, truly a professional job. This was the best call I made. If you need anything regarding a septic system, John from ABC Septic is the guy you want to call. We were the "Buyer" in a real estate transaction and ABC did a new septic system as part of a remediation during the sale. They did a great job then and both of us were happy with their work. That's not the important part of this review.. 3 years later I have some kinda issue going on, water overflowing from the 1/2 bath during a shower upstairs. I call up John from ABC on a Saturday morning, describe my issue, telling him he did the install a few years back and we make plans for Monday morning because I think I will be ok until Monday. ( I wasn't gonna be) He calls me back 15 mins later and said I'm not going to relax all weekend worrying about it. He comes right out, and checks the septic ,all good, but I have a clog between the house and the tank.. The spends the next hour trying to clear the clog which he finally does. Saves me a few hundred on the Roto-Rotter call.. and I have to argue with him to take money.. You just don't get people that care about customers like that and the level of pride in his work! Don't get me wrong he is a great guy but I hope I never have to call him again! :) but if I do, I know he will treat me well! Highly recommend! read more
