We have not called once and not gotten a major attitude from "Courtney". Jesus I hope she's not…read morethe owner. Three years this Sept we've had to call on occassion and the attitude is always such an annoyed you're bothering me attitude.

In May we had an emergency that this company saved our asses on! My husband was so pleased that the…read morecompany we used for 7 years we were willing to leave for a service contract here. Well from my rating I'm sure you can tell that we did not end up making the switch A few determining factors. 1. Getting a response from the office took more of my time than theirs. I tried to schedule a service. They sold me on a service contract. The contract took over a week and a half to receive along with phone calls and emails as we knew we NEEDED the service. But they didn't want to come out until contract was sorted out. Once the contract was received it took almost another week to get them out. At this point my filter for my septic was so clogged it was coming out the top. they then left the concrete top exposed 8-12" deep with one of my patio chairs covering it. They said they would return for the rest of the job the following day. Only to find out the following day they weren't coming until the following week. With much more of my time spent sending emails and making calls they did return more quickly. But again more of my time to get it done. 2. Once we finally got them to come Out for the riser and new top their tech was clueless. They were to put in a riser and new top. The man left without doing the riser. Thankfully i had cameras because the woman I spoke to tried to convince me that it was done right. Yet on the camera I watch this man walk in the yard with the riser. Then walk right back out. So what did he do.....we still don't know. And with two phone calls about the job we were drilled with questions about the job making us feel like WE did something wrong. After two calls they finally sent out another tech who filled us in on the cluelessness of the other techs and how his evening was being spent fixing other jobs. We explained our situation and our displeasure with the service and the tech/sales person ensured us that this was atypical for their company. With hesitancy we were going to Move forward anyway. The icing on the cake was the lack of accountability from the owner and office staff. NEVER an apology or admittance or gesture of good faith. I can't give a company that doesn't stand by their employees and company my business. This was stressful and WAY more work for me than it should have been. I will gladly be returning to triple js septic. A small. Well run familY company that has always done what they said they would do. I'm sorry I ever gave this company my money. Hope this can save you from a bad experience. Call triple J not Atlantic!!

I was assigned this company through a Rheem water heater warranty. When the tech arrived, he…read morenoticed flooding in my crawl space in addition to the water heater issue. He was very nice and shut off the water to the home. Take a bunch of pictures of the crawl space and told me.I would be cold later with an estimate for the broken pipes. I didn't hear anything , so I called the office later on and was told by the woman who answered the phone to call my insurance company and make sure that I had water line coverage and if I did not to make sure to add it , but not tell them that I had any problems. And she said to get the maximum. I didn't hear back from Her that day. I could not call the insurance company.Because it was president day. The next morning , I called and left them a message , and it was not returned. Tuesday afternoon , I called back , and the owner answered. I asked when the part is arriving for the water heater. She told me that I had to get the pipes fix first I told her they were fixed. She did not believe me. Which is irrelevant?Because once they left my house , they should have ordered the parts for the water heater. She seemed a little mad that she didn't get the whole job. At that point I called Rheem. I told them what happened and they expedited the part out to me. I also asked for a different service provider. Unfortunately , they connected me with the same company. I called friday morning when I received the part to see when they can come and install it. I was told not until at least monday. I have been without hot water for over a week. When I expressed that this was a concern , she became quite nasty , told me how I was stupid and laughed. So I got off the phone with her and called Rheem back told them the situation and they told me I can hire a licensed plumber and they would either pay the invoice or pay me back. It was done by this this afternoon. I cannot tell you the quality of their work. The young man who came to my home was very nice and very helpful. My issue is with the woman in the office. Very rude. Very unprofessional. And it was obvious when she told me to get the maximum coverage that she was going to overcharge. And the most interesting part of this interaction is that , after this , I put a review for the company , stating exactly what I wrote here. I get a phone call from the same woman, but not from an office line. She has a very distinct voice. And she says , are we supposed to be installing a water to heater for you without mentioning a company name or anything else. I guess she thought I would say yes and tell her who I was using. But obviously I recognized her voice and the job was already done and I wouldn't do business with her at this point. So I said no thank you. How response was well , i'm going to do to you what you did to us. To me , that sounds like a direct threat. And that is why I am purposely posting this review on Yelp.In addition to on their company page. Beware. And if you comb through all the reviews , you'll see the same issues over and over. Nasty and i'm professional and overcharge , or mentioned over and over
