If so I will consider Triple J as I was impressed by the knowledge worker Jim shared as he located and pumped out the tank. Beware! I recently had Russell Reid/United Site Services pump out my 1500 gallon (total) septic…read moretanks (500 grey, 1000 black). At the same time I had the grey tank's inlet jetted due to a clog. The guys that came to the house were professional and friendly and the tanks were successfully pumped and inlet cleared. A few days later I noticed what I had been billed a larger than agreed upon amount of money. I called the main office to find out what was going on and was told the jetting cost more because of time and that they had pumped 2000 gallons instead of the 1000 gallons which had been quoted. They claim they were onsite for almost 2 hours, my driveway cam shows that was incorrect, they were there for less than an hour. And the claim of them pumping a metered 2000 gallons is also incorrect because the total of my tanks is only 1500, and a usual pumping is roughly 1100 gallons. To note, it's impossible to utilize the full capacity of your tanks (unless you have a clog in the field) because the inlet/outlet are lower than the top of the tank. I'm still waiting for an update on them fixing the bill and processing a refund. Something that should have also been handled while I was on the phone, not a day or two later...

Well from my rating I'm sure you can tell that we did not end up making the switch A few determining factors. 1. Getting a response from the office took more of my time than theirs. I tried to schedule a service. They sold me on a service contract. The contract took over a week and a half to receive along with phone calls and emails as we knew we NEEDED the service. But they didn't want to come out until contract was sorted out. Once the contract was received it took almost another week to get them out. At this point my filter for my septic was so clogged it was coming out the top. they then left the concrete top exposed 8-12" deep with one of my patio chairs covering it. They said they would return for the rest of the job the following day. Only to find out the following day they weren't coming until the following week. With much more of my time spent sending emails and making calls they did return more quickly. But again more of my time to get it done. 2. Once we finally got them to come Out for the riser and new top their tech was clueless. They were to put in a riser and new top. The man left without doing the riser. Thankfully i had cameras because the woman I spoke to tried to convince me that it was done right. Yet on the camera I watch this man walk in the yard with the riser. Then walk right back out. So what did he do.....we still don't know. And with two phone calls about the job we were drilled with questions about the job making us feel like WE did something wrong. After two calls they finally sent out another tech who filled us in on the cluelessness of the other techs and how his evening was being spent fixing other jobs. We explained our situation and our displeasure with the service and the tech/sales person ensured us that this was atypical for their company. With hesitancy we were going to Move forward anyway. The icing on the cake was the lack of accountability from the owner and office staff. NEVER an apology or admittance or gesture of good faith. I can't give a company that doesn't stand by their employees and company my business. This was stressful and WAY more work for me than it should have been. I will gladly be returning to triple js septic. A small. Well run familY company that has always done what they said they would do. I'm sorry I ever gave this company my money.
