He's friendly and helpful and was able to send 2 technicians to come out that night to replace and install our 40gallon water heater. The technicians arrived within the time frame they gave me. When they arrived they were very courteous and respectful of our home. They placed blankets down to protect our wood floors, completely cleaned up when they were finished including removing the old tank and breaking down & removing the huge cardboard box it came in. They worked quickly & efficiently. KPG Plumbing is an honest, reliable and very reasonably priced company. This is the second time we've hired them to do work in our home within the past 6mo and both times have been extremely satisfied. I'd highly recommend KPG and will use them again.

I contacted KPG for a repair based on a recommendation through my association. The toilet in my…read moremaster bathroom was leaking. KPG came to my home in May 2018. Two guys showed up, both in T-shirts without company logo. One said he was the owner, but how do you confirm that. They resealed the toilet & cleared 1 sink drain. Gave me a little discount but total was over $130. The discount could only be given if I opted out of getting an invoice or receipt. That same toilet started to leak by October 2018. We've tried to get in touch with KPG to come back but no response. It's a shame that the repair didn't even hold up for 6 months. Worse that they won't respond. Will now have to look for another, preferably professional service.
