I ordered the pan seared cod and my bride ordered the vegetarian dish. I also had the vegetable soup, which was pureed into a creamy delight. and poured at the table. Both entrees were accompanied with a potatoes and mashed sweet turnip. For dessert, we had the chocolate brownie and hazlenut ice cream. Mags knew we were on our honeymoon, so the plate had "Happy Honeymoon" inscribed in caramel. They also brought us a couple of glasses of complimentary champagne. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and gracious in answering all of our questions. Everyone ate and it went well but it was not as good as when I was here last time in terms of taste and smell. The average lunch price for a plate of pasta or a sandwich as a main is 15€; they serve jars of water and as vegetarian options they have nut burger, stir-fry and curry. For starters, it varies from salad to corn and soup costing around 5€. Desserts are also around that price and you can expect ice-cream, brownies, banoffee pie and apple crumble. Prices rise by nearly a fiver in dinner time and from what I saw on the menu, the amount of choice is greater later on, hence its popularity then!
