I've interacted with a LOT of restaurant employees at many restaurants in many states, and I've never met someone as friendly, hard working, and just all around fun to be around as her, Erie, your store has a real gem, and next time I'm in the area, definitely stopping in. (And that's coming from someone who detoured off I90 to this mall once before with the sole purpose of getting Primanti Bros). As much as I love my new, local Lexington store it will not be the same without her and the rest of the training crew here. (And if someone at corporate sees this, you absolutely picked the right person to be a trainer, if everyone were lucky enough to know her, the world would be a much better place!)

We didn't like anything. Everything was flavorless, and over priced. We had the firebird's duranjo burger. Nice size, but over cooked and not seasoned. The parmesean crusted chicken, although a nice size and cooked perfectly again no seasoning, expected to be able taste the Parmesan crust, nothing.. We both upgraded our side to the southwest au gratin potatoes. Au gratin potatoes a creamy jalepeno cream sauce sounds like a flavor bomb, NOPE, the potatoes were under cooked and not sure how you manage not to get flavor out of jalepeno cream sauce, but they did! The crispy cauliflower with the jar sweet chili sauce was probably the best thing we did have. You can get brunch all day so, I ordered the hipster toast, and I was pictured cat fished. Mine was nothing like the picture, although I appreciate they didn't build the toast for take out and allowed me to do that myself. Still, there was maybe 7 little little cubes of avocado, no pickled onions, no spiced pecans, no parmesan cheese. What I did get was a piece of toast with goat cheese, then a box of arugula, 7 pieces of small small avocado, candied bacon pieces, radishes and heirloom tomatoes. Basically a 17 plus salad on bread. Totally a waste and not worth it. I will say though, the cilantro lime vinaigrette was delicious. But spending over 90 bucks and only enjoying a vingerette and cauliflower, won't have be coming back. Maybe ordering on Superbowl Sunday was a mistake, but I'll never know.

We had our dog with us so we only planted to get carry out, and then we discovered a shaded patio. We decided to stay and eat outside. I was standing at the host stand for quite a while because I hadn't noticed the seat yourself sign. I had also walked in the restaurant and was looking around for any employee - two servers at a table saw me standing there looking confused but then just went right back into the kitchen. When another guest pointed out the sign, I thought well that's great but if we want to sit outside will they ever know we are there. Someone finally returned to the bar and we were able to get a server. We ended up ordering three appetizers - skoat balls, cheese sticks, peach Burrata. All three good. I also ordered a blueberry mint mocktail beer that was actually quite disappointing. It was also quite a charming little town! Would like to go back again sometime, sadly that is unlikely to ever happen.

There are beautiful manicured grounds with fruit trees around the spacious winery that has lots of seating options (we took our tasting flight at the bar). There is plenty of free parking in their lot. Bathroom was clean. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by their friendly staff who answered all of my questions about the local grapes and wines. We enjoy dry whites and reds. They did not disappoint. It was clear that they take pride in their excellent product. Every wine we tried was high-quality and we ended up taking several bottles home. We can't wait to return here on our next visit!

There is an outside area with a kind of farm market, then the main building. The building is pretty large. There was a wedding that was scheduled that afternoon and 1 area was off limits. The main building was fine. We went up to the bar area to try. They have beer, cider, slushies, and wines. Lots to choose from. They also have some food. We drank but did not try the food. Christine our bartender was very nice and accommodating. We are a group that is split. We like sweet and dry. I am on the sweet side. It's 3 tastings for $5. So we picked the raspberry and the 2 ice wines. All 3 were delicious. The raspberry was like eating a raspberry. Kinda tart and sweet. The ice wines were winners as well. A few of the girls bought some bottles and we had a glass and sat outside. Now it was a hot day. In the low 80's. The large room in the main building was hot. They have fans on the ceiling but we found out they did not work. The place was crowded and those fans needed to work. Just to circulate the air. It was hot and sticky inside. They have a porch area and we took our glasses outside. Slushies were perfect cuz it was so hot. Overall good experience. Fix the fans and it be a bit better.

I was struck by the interesting architecture and proposed that we take a walk, which brought us to a delightful wine bar. We were very happy we decided to go inside! This historic location has a remarkable menu; I chose the walleye and walnut salad, and my partner had the ribs. There were many other dishes I wished we could try if we had been hungrier. The service was excellent, and the revitalized waterfront area is definitely worth exploring. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Street parking is ample. There was only one other couple dining when we were there and they also seemed to be having a great time. The restaurant seemed very adamant about reservations being made in advance either by phone or their website (their hours are very limited, so reserving online is much easier). The food is very tasty, though the options are very limited (4 entrees and 2 specials). I believe this allows the small staff to create really delicious, fresh, and special plates. You can tell they take pride in their food and put love into everything on the plate. The vegetarian special, the eggplant parmesan, was made with quality cheese and the pasta was wildly fresh. The steak meal had the most delicious bourbon glazed carrots I've ever eaten. The menu mentions the availability of vegan alternatives. Our server was excited to talk about the ingredients and cooking process and was attentive and kind the entire meal. She really worked to ensure that everything was perfect. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building (fairly steep stairs) with one or two tables downstairs in the gift shop area, so be very mindful if accessibility is a concern.
