But it was so thin a cut.....it didn't have time to develp a good char or sear and the result was the steak cooled quickly, was not as flavorful and in fact tasted a bit mushy. Ate about half of it. Manager was nice enough to give a break on the bill (although I did not ask for it.) I have dined here I think 4 different times and this was my first mediocre or bad meal. There is plenty of free parking in their lot. Bathroom was clean. The steak meal had the most delicious bourbon glazed carrots I've ever eaten. The menu mentions the availability of vegan alternatives. Our server was excited to talk about the ingredients and cooking process and was attentive and kind the entire meal. She really worked to ensure that everything was perfect. The restaurant is on the second floor of the building (fairly steep stairs) with one or two tables downstairs in the gift shop area, so be very mindful if accessibility is a concern.
