Absolutely terrible service. I brought my iPhone 17 Pro Max to this location because my insurance…read moreapproved the replacement of both the front screen and the back of the phone. However, they only replaced the front screen and completely ignored the approved repair to the back. To make matters even worse, they returned my phone with dust or debris inside the camera, which now affects the camera quality. A professional repair should never leave a device in worse condition than it was before. The fact that this repair was handled through my insurance does not excuse incomplete or careless work. If the repair was approved, it should have been completed properly. Instead, I received incomplete service and poor workmanship. I cannot recommend this store. The lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of the repair were extremely disappointing.

His claim was that he needed it for calibration. I didn't provide over the phone. My husband picked it up the next morning and another rep just gave him my phone without a need to enter my passcode for calibration. Very sketchy! Just be cautious of providing consent to unlock without your direct supervision of what's being done to it.

I am very grateful for the time that Nichole urgently took to respond to my review (within an hour…read morein the middle of the workday) instead of repairing customers' technology. I hope this demonstrates to all potential customers the precedent the Fix Zone instills in its service. It is important to acknowledge that Nichole did not discredit the improper language nor the attitude that her customer received, alluding to its validity. Nevertheless, my experience does not need additional external validation, as my family can attest to our in-person treatment, and friends who joined me during our calls can support my claims about receiving a defensive attitude. If Nichole would like, the people I mentioned can absolutely write additional reviews about this experience and expose what truthfully goes on at the "Fix" Zone. Furthermore, the only thing contested in this reply was the service and communication with and by Nichole. If Nichole would like, she is more than welcome to provide any truthful documentation or videos of our interactions, as Yelp encourages attachments. Unfortunately, this will not be the case. We both understand that my family and I were never granted permission to touch the phone once it was in the Fix Zone's possession, and especially not to "[leave] with the phone". Moreover, there was very little and manipulated communication on deadlines, procedures, and costs throughout the process, unlike what Nichole states. In fact, the only haste that we received (other than the response to this review) was for us to sign the check.
