1. Very unprofessional. The three workers were not much younger than me but did not know what it meant to work with customers. One was on his phone while working with me. One scoffed at my phone. The other didn't even bother looking up when I approached the counter. All of this combined with their attitude of thinking they were some technological gods solidified my desire to write this review. 2. "45 minutes or less" is a lie. I was told it would take probably 2 hours and they would call me when it was done. I called the next day asking, and they told me I "should've just come back later." I don't even care if mine would take longer due to the queue of phone repairs; however, some sort of financial or emotional response to this should have been done. 3. There were multiple attempts to increase the price. 15 minutes after I left, I got a call saying they needed to wipe the phone because my code didn't work. Because of this, it would be $30 to wipe, although he said I could get that fee for half off. Why not tell me this before I leave the store and make it home? When I pick up the phone, why tell me my case isn't working when it worked when I left the phone there? Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human by people with common courtesy, even if it means waiting for the closed-on-Sunday places to reopen. read more

Went in to get my screen replaced, I was greeted immediately and told to come back in an hour. When i returned my phone was good as new. Definitely recommend this place for all phone repairs. Very good customer service. read more

Bought a bundle and the workers couldn't get my bundle registered. Told me to wait and then register it. I called customer service to set it up, they told me I had only purchased a screen protector and not the bundle. Went to the place I purchased and they said I never bought the bundle and only the screen protector. They gave me the ticket for only the screen protector and that's it. Straight up scam read more

The quality of the iPhone 6s Plus screen does not match the apple quality screen. The resolution is noticeably less leaving images grainy and pixelated. My white background appeared grey (even confirmed by the employee) and the saturation of color was muted. I am disappointed by the quality of this screen and will pay the extra money to get the repair done elsewhere next time. read more

We came in today to get my mothers iPhone 6 Plus screen fixed, and to get the case and screen protector deal that they offer. We came in at 2:50 and the guy at the counter said it would be 45 minutes at most. We shopped around the mall and came back in about 30-40 mins, when we came back into the store the guy seemed as if he hadn't even started on the phone! He told us that it would only be about 10 mins longer (he was also coughing and hacking up a storm all over the phone and counter!!!!!) well it was probably about 30 minutes longer. The other guy was absolutely no help whatsoever and made it out to seem as if it was our fault that the screen was being "difficult". My mother asked him AGAIN why it was taking so long after 30 mins of standing in the store just waiting, and his response was "we had some trouble with it and it was giving us some difficulties". The guy that was supposed to be fixing my mom's phone was too worried about helping other customers, and VERY distracted by the notifications on his Apple Watch when the other man didn't seem to be doing much at all. The WHOLE time we waited there the men at the counter didn't apologize or estimate how much extra time it would be... they just ignored us as if we weren't even standing there at all. They weren't nice or helpful in anyway, and just made it seem as if it was our fault that they couldn't fix the screen (which is what they are trained to do, right?). We would have understood if the guy that helped us didn't quite know what to do, but the other man wasn't. any help at all. We are still currently standing at the counter and it's been an extra 10-15 mins. I have had positive experiences with Cellairis in the past, but I'm seriously questioning if I'll ever come back. read more

I went into this location to get my cracked screen fixed. After getting it back, new screen and all, it all of a sudden just turned black and I was unable to see anything on my phone. I took it back and explained what happened. Instead of apologizing the guy told me I had done something to cause that to happen and he just put my OLD original cracked screen BACK ON. I am so disappointed with the service and rudeness and honestly just their incapability to fix phones. I went in their with a phone that worked (just cracked) and walked out with a valueless phone because now my back light for my screen doesn't work. It was obvious the man working messed up the mother board of my phone and was unable to take responsibility. I do not recommend going here what so ever and would advise just go to the apple store etc to get it fixed. Their cheap service and inability to take responsibility for their mistake was disgusting. read more
