Customer service was friendly, but unfortunately that's the only good thing I can say for them. I took my phone in to get the LCD replaced. The replacement was extremely dark (I had to run the screen at full brightness to be able to see it) and after a few hours it developed a blue tint. I took the phone back and they replaced the LCD without additional charges, but the new one was just as dark (though fortunately doesn't have the blue tint). Worse, the touch screen now frequently stops responding entirely, a problem I didn't have before they worked on my phone. Bottom line, their "repairs" created more problems than they fixed. read more

I took my phone in for a new battery. It was determined I needed a different phone. Then the new phone was damaged so they ordered another phone. The few days I was at Phone Doctors was an incredible experience. They not only were experts regarding phone issues, but they were the nicest, easy to deal with customer service I've ever dealt with. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and professional, I had the opportunity to speak with several customers during this time and they all said the same thing. I highly recommend and encourage anyone having phone, iPad difficulties, etc to give this business a try. My words are inadequate because in today's world, you don't see this kind of service anymore. Phone Doctors opened this Fayetteville Fiesta Square location across the parking lot from their original location that was next to the AMC theater. If you have to visit phone doctors you're probably already having a bad day so keep that in mind when reading reviews of these type businesses. My bad day was a cracked screen on my 2 month old smart phone. I completely killed my device (from Verizon) and this was the one time I hadn't taken the insurance out on the phone. My phone was a newer model and they didn't have the replacement screen in stock so it had to come from one of their other locations, but even so, I had my phone back in my hands within 48 hours. It has worked perfectly every since. I would have had to have purchased a new device from Verizon and that would have cost me over $500. So, while the $130 repair bill at Phone Doctors seems expensive on one hand, compared to my only other replacement option it was a great deal. My repair included a full six month warranty. I was also surprised to see such a wide variety of accessories, chargers, protective cases, and audio gear available in this store. I've added a photo showing one of their in-store displays. I didn't know they carried these items so if you're next door at the AT&T store you might want to walk over and see if the accessories you're looking for can be found here for less. read more

They ran a diagnostic test on my phone because it wasn't turning on. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I ended up sending it to an Apple Store who found out the battery was crap and needed replacement. I would think this would be the FIRST thing the phone doctors would check since they apparently attempt to replace all the parts during a diagnostic test. read more

Phone Doctors in Fayetteville at Fiesta Square is seriously the very best place to take any electronic devices!!! They spent about 2 hours today restoring my new iphone and Chris's ipod nano and didn't charge us a cent! When I asked how much we owed they guy said "oh it was just a restore - there's no charge." I took my phone here to get the screen replaced which they did for honestly too high of a price. Took longer than they said so I had to wait, then the calibration on my phone was completely off about a day after I got it back. The low quality screen they replaced it with then broke and when taken in to redeem the warranty promised at checkout, I was treated rudely and told I would have to pay them again to fix it. Terrible customer service and terrible quality work. Even more, before I left I could hear the employees bad mouthing me in the back - how unprofessional and rude. I have never been to an establishment where workers cared less about their customers and regret ever spending my money here. Take your phone literally ANYWHERE else. read more

The staff was very unorganized and unprofessional. They quoted me 109 dollars and charged me 129. They told me it would be ready by 11am the next morning and they would call me when done. At 11 after no contact I called and they said it would be ready in 30 mins and they would call me when done. No contact again so I called at 330pm to find out it had been fixed for a while. Both the drop off and pick up process took way to long and the people kept having problems. Drop off took probably 20 mins and pick up took about 30. They replaced an iPad screen for us. When we got home we realized they had left broken shards of the old screen behind the perimeter of our case and screen protector. They pretty much failed in every possible way. read more

My iPhone 6 was having an error with the headphone jack and was saying that I had headphones plugged in when there wasn't anything plugged in. I took it in and one of the employees turned on his flashlight and looked in the headphone jack for about 2 or 3 seconds and instantly said that it was corroded and needed to be replaced. I, having a very good understanding of technology and how it works, found that a little hard to believe since I looked in there myself beforehand and found no signs of corrosion or damage. I had devised that the port needed to be cleaned out but, again, he told me that I was wrong and it was corroded. He told me that I would have to wait until Wednesday since they had to order the part. I told them no and thanked them for their input. Later that same day, I went up to Rogers to an authorized third-party apple retailer and they told me there were no signs of any kind of corrosion in the headphone jack. They proceeded to clean it free of charge and that ended up fixing the problem. My family has had many problems with the phone doctors, (especially with their poor customer service) in the past and I do not intend to go back to them anytime in the near future. read more
