On top of that, the front desk said i could get a refund if i came back with a video of my phone acting up. WHICH I DID. Then when i was upset the owner was screaming, and the front desk woman was incredibly rude and dismissive. So basically I was scammed out of $200, treated horribly, and left with the same broken phone.

There really isn't that many places that repair computer these days so I was a little hesitant that they could even do the job honestly. But I stopped in the other days and things started well. It wasn't too busy. Once it was my turn at the counter the nice fella there explained that the diagnostic would cost I think 85 bucks or so and that if a service is performed that would be taken off the total at the end. That's the part that I could feel would be a test of trust. I gave us my computer putting my faith I would get it back better or at least without its memory wiped. they called the next day and said the hard drive wasn't really repairable and that they could put in a new solid-state. They said they would do their best to transfer all data. Cut to 3 days later. Computer was back to fast,, tons of memory and everything was transferred. Amazing. I'm sure they cant fix every problem, but they fixed mine.

This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

When I was complaining about the other store on university drive of how I was treated they were really caring and understanding. When I came back to the store 14 days later explaining there was a problem what a joke. That fat pig of a manager refused to allow me to speak and kept calling me a liar. That the phone is perfect. Oh really. I stayed calm and never raised my voice or any negativity. Just tried to express my concerns with the phone. It is my only means of communication. Not hearing the doctor when he called was very frustrating. Almost $1,000 phone the iPhone 8 Plus. Then this pig stated to leave the store because he is calling security and I have done nothing wrong. I have a sprained ankle, actually tendonitis and Achilles heal which is extremely painful. I had to limp my way to the car. Not get anything resolved because this pig refused to issue a refund or credit or exchange to leave me with the problem not to loose his commission. Finally after speaking with customer service manager she accepted the phone back and stated I'm sorry. The humiliation I went through was totally uncalled for. No I'm sorry in the world will take away the bitter taste I have in my mouth over this experience. All I can do is warn others not to deal with them as a whole. Not just this store but Verizon as a whole. They are a horrible organization. I was a customer for 2 1/2 years and when there was a number of devices on the account and exceptional payment history of course everything was hunky Dory. Things went sour as soon as I explained there was a problem and the account only had 2 devices on the account. There was a period of time I went electronic frenzy and purchased tablets after tablets and 2 mobile devices. I'm only 1 person. I don't need all these devices. Even to payoff these devices and to remove them off the account was a problem as well. Obviously they would loose revenue so that was always a problem for Verizon. It was a NIGHTMARE come true with them. Once again I'm begging consumers don't deal with VERIZON. They are NOT invincible. They are not a multi trillion dollar industry. One day they may loose as many clients they may have to shut their doors. AT&T is the leader.They always have been and will be for years to come. Consumers have way to many options to put up with all of this bs. Go to AT&T you will be glad you did.
