Noticed that $15 + taxes and fees were added on my two phones since last year for international calling that was an error. No one acknowledges me until I walk to the back of the store and go near one of the associates helping another customer. After about 3 or so mins an associate goes to the back and comes out with another associate who then just walks over to me and stares....Where is the customer service??!! This was absolutely horrible. I explain to him I came in for this product and he just looks at me. I then have to prompt him with "do you have it?" Then he says he'll go check. Will absolutely never return to this location. I've never had this level of incompetence in any T-Mobile store. And this store was not packed. It's the middle of the day on a Tuesday. There were only two customers in store when I walked in. Zero reason this encounter should have been so. These associates need retraining asap.

(Would give 0 stars if I could) Went to upgrade my phone which is on a 2 year payment plan. Had my old phone for over 2 years, knowing I owed nothing in it. They tried to tell me I had to pay $300 to pay off the phone to upgrade it. After seeing that I was confused and calling Verizon myself, they quickly back tracked and told me I never had to pay the $300, only the upgrade fee. I was helped my Lamour, who told me at that point that all I owed was the tax on the new phone which was $175. It was not $175, he had secretly added in an extra $80 by putting a phone case and screen protector on my phone. I did not ask for nor agree to this, I assumed he was throwing it in for free since we had bought him lunch. Unfortunately, I did not check the receipt until I got home. This wasn't a big deal, though the next scam the pulled on us was. My boyfriend also upgraded my phone and was offered an iPad at no extra cost. He made sure to ask that he would owe NOTHING extra. They secretly added a cellular plan on it, an extra $10 a month on his bill. When we realized, we went back to the store to return the iPad. We had thrown out the box (our fault) thinking there was no need for it. They said they would not take the iPad back without the box (understandable), but told him in order to cancel the service he would have to buy out the iPad for $510. Keep in mind, Lamour assured him this iPad would cost NOTHING extra. I'm not sure if it's the store or this specific associate, but if you're coming here, be sure to not take anything that is offered to you as they will scam you the second you are kind to them. I brought the computer in and it was functional and it turned on and got it back and it would not start up. They didn't given bother to check the computer when they gave it to me the first time. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to sell it to them. This is a Apple Mac computer. I brought back the computer and they said the technician will work on it and its been 1 day and promised to call yesterday and never did and when I called back today they didn't even pick up the phone and it went to voice mail. I left a very stern message with bad words because they are frustrating me and not doing the right thing. I called back and the person on the phone told me calm down 4 times and be patient. Its funny they messed up the computer after I brought it in and now I am the guilty person who needs to calm down. Back in 2020 this same company did great by me and something changed and that is why I am changing my review.
