Personally for me, it has been a great experience, (outside of first agent not actually not finalizing the order), the following agent and installation were great. Professional, knowledgeable friendly and courteous. The technician, Dwayne who did the installation was awesome. I had a list of questions for him when he arrived about the installation itself, wiring, service expectations, etc. and he answered all without a beat before getting started. Compared to Verizon Home5G erratic and slow internet speeds, their 100% Fiber is legit and great. The speed test before and after tells the story; Verizon Home5G 23.7 Mbps downloads / 17.2 Mbps uploads (forget what they advertise) to Fision by Hotwire 319 Mbps downloads / 375.5 Mbps uploads, really no comparison. So far, the internet service is stable and fast. Along with the rates, I should've switched sooner.

Overall, it was a great customer service experience and I walked out of the store with an activated and working phone. Thank you to Alex for getting me all set up with my new device! My mom ended up switching her unlocked phone to T-mobile in Naples, the experience there left a lot to be desired and she ended up with additional fees on her bill for services that she did not sign up for. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. They ran coax underground for about 40 feet, ran audio and coax along my pergola, connected outdoor speakers, mounted a 65 inch tv and connected everything to a Sonos connect amp. Did a custom install of the amp. These guys can do it all and at a very reasonable price.
