Once it was my turn at the counter the nice fella there explained that the diagnostic would cost I think 85 bucks or so and that if a service is performed that would be taken off the total at the end. That's the part that I could feel would be a test of trust. I gave us my computer putting my faith I would get it back better or at least without its memory wiped. they called the next day and said the hard drive wasn't really repairable and that they could put in a new solid-state. They said they would do their best to transfer all data. Cut to 3 days later. Computer was back to fast,, tons of memory and everything was transferred. Amazing. They charged me $50 to replace it, but instead of using an original Samsung back, they installed what appeared to be a cheap aftermarket replacement without clearly informing me. When they handed me the phone back, we didn't have a chance to inspect it because the employee quickly asked my daughter for the phone case and immediately put it on. Later that same day, the new back cover started coming off. The repair didn't even last a few hours. The next day I returned and asked for a refund because the repair was obviously defective. Instead of trying to solve the problem, the employee was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He laughed at me, spoke with a sarcastic attitude, and flatly refused to refund my money. What shocked me the most was when he said that any review I leave wouldn't hurt his business because he has been there for a long time. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Paying for a repair that fails the same day and then being treated with arrogance and disrespect is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value honest service, quality repairs, and basic respect for customers.

The phone would receive calls, but she couldn't get them because the screen was unresponsive. They took us without appointment, detected the problem in 2 minutes, and fixed the phone in 10. Immediately outside the store was a kiosk selling all sorts of accessories for numerous brands of mobile phones. While I was looking for a black or gray phone case, which they did not have, I settled for a blue one. The rep, whose name was Chilli, expertly removed my damaged screen protector, cleaned the screen, and placed a tempered glass protector. He did the same for the case protector. I was done in less than 5 minutes, mission accomplished. Highly recommend this as an alternative to Apple Store for your Apple compatible accessories.
