This store in Redding sells defective items and won't honor the warrenty. Out of total frustration, we went elsewhere and got a new auto battery for our car. We will never shop at their store ever again and we will make sure none of our friends or family members shop there either. The WORST customer service ever. They do not value the customer.

There I was standing and waiting while 3 female staff workers were chatting away. Ignoring me. I stood there patiently waiting till, someone would at least ask me if I needed help. SOMETHING. So one of the guys that was with a customer at the cash register, says to them "you have a customer" One of the females looks at me and shrugs her shoulders. I am about to ask for the manager when the guy was done ringing his customer, comes to me and ask me if he could help me. I got what I needed and left.
