These people are terrible. I brought my phone here for it to be fixed. I spent $60 nonrefundable…read morefee for them to repair, only for them to not succeed. Honestly, this didn't make me upset. I knew I was taking a risk to have it fixed and they never guaranteed anything. However, what did upset me was the fact that after looking around more, this seemed to be the only phone repair shop in Ann Arbor that charges a nonrefundable fee to even attempt to fix a phone. The other stores will only charge you if they're successful in fixing your phone. I picked up my broken phone back from these frauds. Upon pickup they tried to upsell me on a deluxe package that would entail a "deeper dive" and a more thorough fixing process. I couldn't believe it. They kept saying that no other competitors would be able to fix the phone and it was destroyed. Well surprise, surprise....I took it to another competitor and they had it completely fixed within 1/2 a day! And didn't even charge me unless the phone was fixed! TLDR: is your phone is broken, don't come here for them to repair it. AVOID!

I take back everything positive that I ever said about this store. They're scam artists that play…read moreshell games with their customers, their phones, and even their parent company. They lied to my wife and I, when we upgraded our phones, telling us that our old phones were bought back at full price, and that our old contracts were now terminated. We left with smiles, and our new phones. Fast forward 3 months, and we receive a bill for over $800. Naturally, we call the corporate office, and they tell us that the satellite store told them that they never had our phones in their possession. Corporate then relays that information to me. Imagine the mushroom cloud over my home. After disputing this with corporate, they dug a little deeper and called their satellite to re-inquire the store's claim. The store claims that they already sent our phones back. Even though corporate has NO record of receiving the old phones. Shell. Game. So in the eyes of corporate, we were still on the hook for $800+. After SIX HOURS on the phone with corporate, raising holy hell, and travelling back and forth between our home and the satellite store, Sprint corporate took care of us. To be honest, we've never had an issue dealing with corporate that wasn't resolved. But this particular location is as crooked, and dirty as they come. Stay away from this place. Jason is the "manager" at this location, and he is nothing more than a scam artist. He reassuringly smiles at you, while he knows full-well that he is screwing you over in the end. He is nothing more than a lying dog. You've been warned.

I didn't get my phone fixed here…read more Because the tech was honest. THE TECH WAS TRANSPARENTLY HONEST!!!! I knew my phone had a loose cable connector. The tech saw the battery was also getting worn down which was not a surprise considering the age of the device. He was quick to agree with me that trading it in would be just as smart as repairing. No pressure or presenting "what ifs." If I need service, I'll be happy to do business with Phone Clinic.

Please please please, for your sanity, avoid this store at all costs. I had to go here for an…read moreinsurance repair on 7/7/26 for a cracked screen replacement. The repair went great and all, but once I got home, Maybe due to a faulty seal or improper installation (likely the case) the corners started to lift. I immediately called in to report this, but due to travel, could not get to the repair until today, 7/13/26. I called this morning to verify if I came in before 6, they would fix this issue clearly done by them, to which they said yes. Then the time comes, I spend an hour round trip getting here, just to be told no and turned away. The store manager, Andrew, is arguably one of the least professional individuals I have had to interact with. I pleaded my case, told him the situation, and that I wouldn't aimlessly waste my time driving here. I then repeated that I called earlier to confirm, to which then he flailed his arms in the air like a child and ran out back to call whoever he did to confirm, then came back and lied to me saying no one ever said this. I pleaded once more but he still said I was not his priority and should have better time management to get down here (I work til 4:30). Last time I was here, I watched Andrew get in a confrontation with another customer who complained about the service here (shocker) and raised his voice at Andrew, who started shaking with fear, and had to go outside for well over 30 minutes to cool off, slowing down repairs and customer service further. Over all, negative review if possible, do not waste your time or money here for subpar service, and people who do not stand behind their service.
