    I stopped in at the Waukegan store I am handicapped I broke my screen I was sent to fix it in…read moreGurnee repair shop that could not fix it so now I have to get an upgrade she told me was $385 I looked online and I saw one that was for free because I need to get another phone and she was used was useless ​ I went out there and then she told me that the upgrade would cost me $400 and I had insurance on the phone but yet they can't fix the phone and every time I go to that store the service has been poor never ever have I been treated so disrespectfully she acted like she was more interested in her boyfriend than she was me and that was not cool I walked because I have no car I'm handicapped I had to cross a busy intersection to get there and I feel like that store has the worst service ever I never get any kind of answers that I need from them and it's not just to her it's whoever works there they revolve stores employees like candy I just don't understand why if your guests don't come first you should be doing your best to get me the phone I need to get or fix my phone because now it's out of stock and they can't fix it so why can't I get a replacement for free I just don't understand you need to fix customer service there

Told me I had 3 choices, but would not explain to me how they differed. He rambled some stuff at me, that was it. I've been Verizon customer for over 20 years, and have NEVER been treated so poorly, in all those years. I just wanted to find a way to lower my bill. I'm on a plan that is $85.00, don't use my phone except to make maybe two or three calls a month. My $85.00 bill is over $100.00 a month. No extra services, programs, or phones. After decades of Verizon service, I'm going to look into other providers now.

    I was really happy with my experience here…read more Earlier this week I decided to get a new iPhone SE preferably in Rose Gold. Little did I know the SE was a hot ticket item and in short supply especially ones in Rose Gold. Even Apple Stores had 0 in stock! With a waiting list of over a month! Thanks God a SE was located at this AT&T store in my metal. So George and I zipped on up here blaring Bob Seger in our SUV, walked in and were helped immediately. Daniel B took care of me and he was really friendly and efficient. The whole thing went very fast. I liked he helped me select a case and screen protector and applied them carefully. The case selection was small esp for my model, but I found one that matched with rose gold shavings floating in lucite (I still am going to get another one with a pic on the outside of G probably). I appreciated he gave me a tip that if you watch videos esp on YouTube it can use data more that surfing the net or message boards. He and most people have no idea this, but I watch YouTube a lot! Another thing i liked was he didn't chit chat with his coworkers. Def at another AT&T store but EVEN at Apple Stores I've had Genius Bar employees chat or make remarks about the customers or sarcastic remarks about their devices or issues while on the floor or helping me. One more thing is the location wasn't really that out of the way since its by many highways and two tourist attractions (Gurnee Mills ginormous outlet mall & Great America theme park) plus a bunch of other strip malls. And the low lake county sales tax and low cig prices for smokeys, but honestly I'd probably go back for the outlet shopping LOL and visiting this store. Yay for fast and friendly service.

Said it couldn't be done, that he didn't know why this was happening, nothing from him. Why was he even working there? I just gathered my coat and purse and drove home, called my daughter on her lunch hour and she fixed it! And she is older than this mean , worthless salesperson and works in insurance! Good lord AT & T get some people who know what they are doing to work in your stores! I am switching to another company as soon as I can!!

    I purchased a stainless steel gas stove from Best Buy and had the worst outcome that was not taken…read morecare of. Spoke with Tia at 1pm 3/13/25, and told her about the stainless stove being cancelled and it stated it wasn't available but I went on the website the exact same day and it's available for the price of $1367.99 when I originally bought it on 2/10/25 it was on sale for $849.00. A month later on 3/12/25, it was supposed to be delivered on 3/29/25. I receive a email stating that my order was cancelled due to availability. I went on the Best Buy website the same day as the email from my exact order of the stove I purchased and it was still available but wouldn't be delivered until 4/29/25 for the price of $1367.99. Tia stated a supervisor is the only one that can override this situation and stated a supervisor would be calling me in about an hour. I never received the call. I get home later on and called Best Buy (around 5:06pm 3/13/25) again and gave them the case number. When I gave the case number to the next representative, he stated there wasn't anything in the notes which Tia stated she left them. I had to tell him everything again. We spoke for 15 mins on and off and then was told I would be speaking with a supervisor and they would speak with me. 20 mins goes by the representative checks in a few times and then after that he checks in at the 46 minute mark. He was really being polite and doing a good job for the most part but the service and frustration from Best Buy is overwhelming with dealing with all these things. The representative asks me at this point that it might be longer and I tell him I've already waited since the 15 min mark and it's 46 mins mark now. I told him I would wait. As I write this and I'm still on hold for the supervisor, it's now at the 50 min mark. There is no telling what the outcome is going to be but I feel Best Buy needs to honor this sale. There is no reason why they charge my Best Buy credit card and wait a month to cancel the order. All that needed to be done was contact me to see if I would like to be refunded or wait till 4/29/25 when the order would be delivered (which is what the website states and Tia stated earlier when on the phone with her). I spoke to a supervisor after being on the phone for 1 hour and 10 mins. The supervisor stated she is very sorry but is unable to honor the $400.00 difference even though I bought it and was charged for it. The money is refunded. She stated if I wanted to, I could purchase it again and she would compensate it but it would be no where near the $400.00 savings. She stated it would be a percentage. I told her that is very unprofessional and not on her part but on Best Buy for giving a loyal customer a deal on a stove to just take the deal away and not even have it as a rain check. Mind you the email stated to get the area ready for the stove to be delivered and I did just that the day before I received the cancellation notice. She stated there is nothing she can do. She apologized and I told her I would never buy anything from Best Buy again. Mind you I've purchased tv's iPads, air pods, iPhones, Meta oculus VR, gaming computer, and a whirlpool stainless still fridge. To me that's a lot of our hard earned money and I've contributed to Best Buy I feel a great deal. Their hospitality and honor towards their customers is horrible. No customer whether you purchased 1 item or 20 items should ever be treated in this manner. I'm sure it really doesn't matter to them but they definitely lost a loyal customer on this.
