The lifetime warranty that is complained about elsewhere is actually a good deal and I've found all locations honor it. It depends on your key fob. I have one in which the battery lasts forever so I didn't get the warranty on that one, but the other fob the battery drains every couple of months or so and this has been totally worth it.

"I'm at work" and "I'm bout to get up out of this bitch" was what I couldn't help overhearing. After he came back with the product I paid and I asked if he could switch the bulb out for me. He told me he would look at it if it wasn't complicated he could do it. He went out and looked under the hood of my car and told me that there were "clamps" he didn't want to break and it was too complicated he couldn't do it. I went home, pulled up a YouTube video and changed it myself in less than 5 minutes. There were no "clamps". Do yourself a favor and save $10 by getting your light at Walmart and do it yourself. I was willing to pay the extra money at O'Reilly's thinking I would have better service than Walmart. The employees at this O'Reilly's are rude and lazy.

Misdiagnosed a leak on my vehicle and cost me $500 in unnecessary repairs along with loosing my OEM…read moreparts on my car (Saab) and having to install aftermarket power steering lines. The shop's service advisor claims to have photos of my power steering lines leaking but in reality does not. On the other hand, I can reassure you I had the same leak around the same area in my driveway floor that THEY pointed out as my power steering pressure lines and THEY repaired - at the end I had to jack up my own car so I can inspect where it was coming from only figure out it was a very small leak from the power steering reservoir. What bothered me the most is I was left with another repair bill with the shop owner Jesse after showing him where the leak was coming from after I had already payed his shop labor (close to $400 in labor) to replace those power steering pressure lines. Jesse did not apologize nor recognize his shop's mistake on misdiagnosing my vehicle.
