In the past I wouldve given this place five stars. they used to give me excellent, quick service…read moreand good prices. recently I had an issue where I had a phone with a charger port that needed a replacement. he replace the charger port on the phone and the phone still did not turn on... I did not blame him for it although he initially told me that was what was wrong with it. he proceeded to say that I now need a new battery.. we replaced the battery and the phone began to work but after a couple minutes it would just continually reboot itself. he unprofessionally gave me his home address to drop the phone off so that he could look at it and repair it overnight he told me that it would be ready the next day but never gave me a time I called him to find out the next day what time would I be able to pick it up because I had to work that day. when I called him to ask him what time it would be ready he told me to stop calling him so much, but when he has my property in my possession which i am paying to be repaired, i believe i have the right to know when itll be repaired.. not only because of my work schedule but also because i am without a phone. I am currently 23 I have brought more than 6 different iphones for him to repair since I was 17 and this is the absolute worst experience I've ever had and I will most definitely never go back there. I would much rather spend more money to get my phone fixed then to pay a cheaper price and be disrespected.
