Nice people work here and they take care of customers fast. Highly recommend buying your hay and feed here.

They also have drying tables and a blow dryer which was also a no for Fenney and that's ok. She was a very good girl and we will go back. Buy three washes, get one free. Great deal!

He lied about the terms of the agreement and took extra money after the truck was returned. The truck had no tie down straps so my items were not secure. I returned the truck early in the morning after my rental only to find a gate across the entrance and my car locked inside. I had no choice but to take the truck to my hospital appt instead of returning it....so he added a number of other charges. This is a lot of information but I would strongly encourage customers to avoid dealing with this establishment.

Have bought alfalfa hay from this company several times. The last time I bought alfalfa hay I did…read morenot check the bales as they were being loaded. Brought them back to the farm where I worked. Upon unloading....we discovered the hay was of a terrible quality. We loaded them back up and drove to Rick's the next day to replace them. Upon arrival...Rick questioned me over and over about when I bought the hay. I had the receipt showing the date of purchase. I have never had such trouble returning anything anywhere else, before this episode regarding poor quality hay. I was finally allowed to return the hay and replace with what they had on hand. I had a farm worker with me, who hand chose each bale to ensure our hay was of proper quality. This was not an easy task as we had to pick through a lot of bales to find enough to replace the one's we returned. Based on how Rick handled this problem, the farm owners decided to stop purchasing hay from this supply. I also heard one other person say that Rick would not let her return her hay....based on my experience....I believe her.
