Although our dog stated she's never been fresher, we disagreed. This was the closest self serve dog wash I could find. We were greeted with friendly directions to the back of the store for the wash area. You pay as you leave. $9.99 got us a room with door, five different shampoos, including sensitive skin formula and a conditioner. Big tubs and an adjustable head sprayer. The tub was elevated a bit with a four and a step so Fenney could get in herself which of course was a no. I was able to easily lift her about a foot off the ground into the tub. They also have drying tables and a blow dryer which was also a no for Fenney and that's ok. She was a very good girl and we will go back. Buy three washes, get one free. Great deal! read more

To Whom It May Concern, Many other family and friends have stated they are experiencing the same and the district manager just brushes it off On Sunday, December 21, my daughter and I visited your Tractor Supply store located at 1706 Citrus Blvd, Leesburg, FL 34748, as we do multiple times each week. We have been loyal customers for many years because of the consistently friendly and accommodating staff. During this visit, we were assisted by an associate who kindly retrieved our feed from the stock room, as it is very rarely available on the shelf. He was wonderful--polite, inviting, and apologetic that we had to request assistance for the feed. However, when we proceeded to checkout, my daughter informed the cashier, Drew, that we had a price match. Drew appeared visibly agitated by this request and called for Nicole over the radio, stating, "I got someone trying to price match up here." This comment felt unprofessional and dismissive. When Nicole (the manger) arrived, she approached the counter aggressively and loudly stated, "We don't price match with receipts." My daughter politely explained that she has never had an issue price matching with local competitors' receipts, as they include the address and date. Nicole then began belittling us for asking, saying, "We don't have to price match unless you pull up the competitor's price live on your phone for us to see." After reviewing your Price Match Policy, I found no mention of a requirement to have a cell phone in hand to show a live price. This interaction was not only incorrect but also unnecessarily hostile and embarrassing. To make matters worse, while Nicole and Drew caused a scene at the counter, Drew yelled at us, saying, "Just because someone else did it doesn't mean we have to do it," and Nicole added, "This is why they fired everyone at this store." Their behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and humiliating. I was so embarrassed that I started to cry and had to walk away. Even patrons behind us spoke up about the way Nicole (the manager) and Drew were speaking to us. Coming to our defense and scolding them for their unprofessionalism. Historically, previous staff and managers have been understanding about accepting competitors' receipts because many smaller mom-and-pop stores do not have online accounts. These receipts provide sufficient supporting documentation of the lower price, and this has never been an issue before. We have numerous mom-and-pop stores closer to us, as well as a Rural King directly across the street, where we could easily take our business. We have remained loyal to Tractor Supply for years, but this experience has made us seriously reconsider. We ask that: Staff be reminded of the correct Price Match Policy to avoid misinformation. Customer interactions remain professional and respectful, regardless of the situation. Appropriate action be taken regarding the behavior of Drew and Nicole, as their conduct was completely out of line. Please have the District Manager confirm receipt of this complaint and advise what steps will be taken to address this matter. Thank you for your attention. I went to this branch to pick up some cat food for feral cats we feed, and found it to be a fine place to take in the Tractor Supply experience (we stopped going to the Eustis branch after they allowed 1/6 Insurrection supporters to sell products out front. What's up with that?). But this Leesburg branch will do nicely for future stops, as the service and selection were good. read more

Yee Haw! If you are farming, or ranching this is the place for you... you can get almost anything needed for your farm... I for one, do not have a farm, nor do I need much of anything here at a feed/farm supply chain. Went in to buy two fire rings on sale. The staff seem not to friendly this included the manager. She seem annoyed when I asked for the manager and it turned out be to her. I just wanted to ask her a question and gave a terse answer. The guy who loaded the rings said they were all the same size but the one fell tru the first one. That's not the same size. He changed it out. But I wonder what the next customer will get. They could do better considering Rural King is across the road. read more

I don't think I shop here for the same reasons most of the clientele does, but I love it just the same. I really enjoy coming here and browsing the books and magazines regarding sustainable farming, beekeeping, herbs and other things of that nature. I also like wandering the pet aisles and scouring the wild bird supplies. Altogether, this is a pretty amazing store. read more

Even though I don't need most of what they carry, I love their clothes, boots, and they are reasonable on the dog food I use.
