OMG HORRIBLE!!!!! Disorganized, dirty and EVERYTHING IS BROKEN!! Been in a few times, never found a bargin! From what I'm told the owners go through all the boxes and remove all the good stuff to sell in the front of the store or online. So your odds of finding a deal are slim to none! Also, this needs to be mentioned, When they open on Fridays there is a very long line to get in and many of the clientele are very rude and I have personally had things pulled out of my hands or removed from my basket which I found so infuriating that I just left the store. We visited on 6 dollar day. We had a blast. The process was explained to us over the time we were there. Find an interesting box, try to scan a bar code, search for object on Amazon to see what item may be. Take box to opening table and open and try out. Deals can be found. We returned on a busy 12 dollar Friday and had an okay time, trying to move around in the crowd, there weren't enough carts, and getting corrected by staff to not open a box at the table even if the box is already open, (most boxes are taped) then trying to get a spot at the table to open boxes. Love this place . People need to understand these are return items some are dirty some are use but most are in great shape. The staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I found it a little overwhelming at first, as there are bins overflowing with every product imaginable. I came in, just to look. I bought 3 pair of sunglasses for $6.00 each. Then I found awesome huge sunglasses that will be perfect for my BMX loving grandson. I would not recommend this store. Having been to multiple Amazon returns stores and hot bin stores throughout central Florida, this is by far the worst I've been too. they must just get the junk lots of stuff is broken. The boxes are all smashed. Normally at these stores you see a lot of resellers, I didn't see anyone in the store who appeared to be a reseller which says a lot that it's over priced and nothing of value. I also didn't see anybody buying anything typically in the stores people have shopping carts that are overflowing with products It is absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time. read more

I like that they are careful and don't allow one or two people get away with filling multiple carts before taking them to the box opening station. I found some things that will work for me like yoga bras and such. Really though... a lot of the stuff was either broken or trashed... boxes ripped open and you don't know if you would be missing a price or not. Also a lot of winter clothes... in FL that don't work... and their "premium" stuff was jacked up in price and not even in the bins... when that's the point to hide them and them be in the bins. I seriously love this place. I am a bargain shopper and love getting a good deal. Amazon Hot Deals hasn't disappointed. Yes, it's true boxes and bags are opened, but how else are you going to see what's inside. Yes, you need to check items to make sure there isn't something missing, but I have personally found so many bargains. For instance, yesterday, I purchased a professional curling iron that sells for $50, and I paid $12. I picked up a solar light with motion detector that sells for $85. another $12 purchase. My contour memory foam pillow gave me the best nights sleep in months. I have found quality clothing for a fraction of the normal cost. I'd give this place a 10 star if I could. I'm not impressed with fancy stores with their 100 % markups. I'll take this warehouse mess of a store because the bottom line is price. Was seriously over charged. The place is seriously dirty. Employees were just standing there and talking to each other. I was looking at an ashes necklace for one of my pets, keep in mind the price of the day is $4, and the worker at the counter picks it up and doesn't tell me the price, just starts inspecting it, and when I ask three more times, she looks at the bottom and tells me it's $9.99.
