Initial appointment: 11/24/2018…read more I had an amazing experience at Natrabella, the staff was very professional and kind. Before I was treated they explained in-depth the nature of the procedure I'd be doing and how it would relate to my current skin regiment. I didn't take any before or after pics but I plan on returning there soon so I will do that then. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has any skin concerns. Update: 14/01/2020 So I have been going to Natrabella for the past year, and more consistently in the past 6 months ( having up to 4 treatment sessions). These range from LHR on my chin, 2 Microneedling sessions, and 1 Medium peel. My skin has been consistently doing better, the care that Allie and her staff take to ensure that you get the best out of your sessions its truly superb. I had little to no breakouts and a very simple skincare routine. Unfortunately, I had a recent breakout in the first week of the year due to taking Biotin (a much higher dose than required as I am deficient) . It only took a week of taking it for my skin to flare up (one side more than the other). I ran to Natrabella as soon as I could and they recommended the best course of treatment. Its almost been 2 weeks my skin significantly looks better with the help of the Acne treatment that I got as well the strict skin regiment Allie put me on. Most of the breakouts have dried up and there is no significant scarring.

Upon arrival, the service was great. We had our coats taken and hung up, we slipped into cute branded slippers, and we were offered adorably themed treats and drinks. Once we walked back to our room, we changed into cozy robes and had our heads propped up on cushy pillows. I loved the procedure from beginning to end. Since it was my first time, my aesthetician walked me through all the different sections and consistently checked in to make sure I was okay. She even showed me all the blackheads that she removed (yuck but also veryy cool lol) . After everything was done, she gave me pointers on how to keep my pores unclogged and she reminded me to add products with sunscreen to my routine. I loved my first deep cleansing facial and I definitely have Natrabella Skincare Beauty and Day Spa to thank for that. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and bring all my friends with me.

I also figured since they're owned by the same people it would be a similar experience. I could not have been more wrong. I should've gone with my first mind and gone to my usual spot. I came in @ 4:45pm for a soak off & Gel-X full set with regular gel polish and a chrome overlay, no fancy designs !!! at most i should've finished at 6:30... I didn't leave until 7:40. I kid you not I spent my entire evening in the damn nail salon. I've been getting Gel-X sets for years it has NEVER taken 3 HOURS!!!!! I was clearly stuck with the new girl or just the girl who doesn't know what she's doing because it legit took her 50 minutes just to adhere the gel press ons to my nails!! and she had to start over on 3 of them because they looked so crazy. And to make matters worse - she took her sweet time and my nails still look insane!! They charged me $130 for shitty nails and even worse service. Did I mention there were bugs and ants crawling around everywhere too? If you're in the area and thinking of try Element - save yourself the time and the money and DONT!

This time, the tint barely stayed on at all. I'm not sure if the products used were different or lower quality, but the result was disappointing. What makes it more frustrating is that I came back the very next day because the tint had already faded significantly. I had been here just three weeks prior and had no issue at all. When I asked if they could retint them, I was told I would have to pay again. Considering the tint didn't properly take this time, I didn't feel that was fair
