The food is great and the service is excellent. The prices are not bad either. I've been eating at Celina Wine Store since I was little. In my opinion they have the best pizza around. And let's not forget all the other food they have. It's a one stop shop place. Two thumbs up for me. read more

I traveled to Celina this week for work, and literally half the people I have met here have told me that I HAVE to come here for lunch. Like, every day. So I took their advice, and I am here for lunch I have driven past this place many times and from the outside you cannot tell that there is a small dining area and larger kitchen inside. The menu is much more extensive than I would have guessed: Pizza: crust choices pan, fresh, original) and sizes (Jr, 9", 12",14") and 15 different ingredients available. Subs: Pizza, Italian, Big Pig, Sub Zero, Veggie Sandwiches: Many selections including fish, burgers, hot dogs, Coneys, chicken, ham, BBQ, turkey, and many others Salads: chef, tossed, taco "Finger Foods" shrimp, chicken, fries, and several appetizers. Unique items including fried pickles, cauliflower, fried tacos and hot cheese balls Mexican food: Tacos, burritos, and more Kidd's meals, hot and cold drinks, shakes, malts, and sundaes too There are daily and weekly specials, but even at regular prices this food is inexpensive. We split a veggie sub and a veggie burrito and both were really excellent! Good quality ingredients and definitely not skimpy on the cheese and toppings.. I did not try the pizza but everyone says the fresh pizza dough is incredible. read more

The Celina Wine Store is an institution if you are ever up in Mercer County, Ohio, or having fun on Grand Lake St. Mary's. A beer & wine drive thru, they carry a ton of beer brands from across the state of Ohio plus all the cheap & party labels. For me, I stop by whenever in town to pick up Great Lakes Brewing & Rheingist microbrews from Cleveland & Cincy. But they also have great food too! Pork tenderloin, fish sandwich and the pizza is second to none. Don't forget the snacks, chips and other supplies for boating, camping or otherwise getting together for family or friendly fun. Definitely worth having in your phone for emergency need fulfillment when in Central West Ohio, otherwise known as God's Country! read more

The Celina Wine Store is a staple in this town. It's a local food joint that serves hometown pizza, Mexican food, hamburgers and booze. They have a great selection of wines and an incredible selection of cold craft beers. Every time we're in town we stop here. It's the kind of food that you just have to eat to appreciate. Our favorites are the PEDA (pronounced Pay-duh) and the BURRITO, with hot sauce and mozzarella. It's the type of Mexican food your mother would make if she was from Iowa. Or Ohio. And she wasn't remotely Mexican. The Peda is a pizza with some kind of jarred salsa and cheese, and is oddly satisfying. This might be what they call Ghetto food. I don't know, I've only seen the ghetto through a fence. But they were probably eating this in there. read more

I was skeptical when the maître d' told us that the Tacos are excellent. I deferred to his recommendation to get pizza AND tacos and was not disappointed. The sommelier donning a red bib knew just the right wines to recommend to each customer's unique palette. Epicureans will not be disappointed with this culinary experience not far from the serene waters and zephyr winds of St. Mary's; the Martha's Vineyard of central Ohio. read more

The best pizza in Celina. They have thing called the ultimate pizza deal where you can buy any large pizza for the regular price and get any 12" with Unlimited Toppings For $5.99. They even let you get one of pizzas unbaked so you can put it in the fridge and bake it later. The tacos are pretty damn good too. If you call and they they say it will be ready in 15 minutes don't leave for 25 minutes, your food might be ready. If not you have to sit out back for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the larger dining room on the other side is the complete opposite--sterile, plain, and uninspired. It could really benefit from a decorator who could bring it in line with the vibe of the bar and outdoor areas. 17 West positions itself as the nicest (and essentially only upscale) restaurant in the New Bremen area, but it falls short of that goal. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Salad sandwich with mashed potatoes. What arrived was a croissant that looked like it came straight from the IGA bakery, topped with a single sad leaf of lettuce and a thin, pale tomato slice. The chicken salad was scooped with what appeared to be an ice cream scoop and simply plopped onto the bread. The result was a bland sandwich with almost no spice or flavor. The mashed potatoes were presented the same way--scooped and unappealing. Overall, the presentation was cafeteria-level at best, and I've had better sandwiches in hospital cafeterias. My wife ordered the Firecracker Chicken. Her side salad was tiny and unremarkable, and while the chicken leg itself tasted decent, it was still just a sauced chicken leg. At $22, it felt significantly overpriced. 17 West likely wouldn't survive in a larger city with real competition. In the New Bremen area, however, it benefits from having very little rivalry, which allows it to stay in business despite the clear mismatch between its prices and the quality and presentation of the food.
