I changed the delivery date a few times and each time she was gracious and accommodating even when in the end it meant the delivery was late in the day. Kelly was very helpful and easy to work with when I was making an order. The balloons were delivered on time, and it was a great accent to our party. My issue is that the balloons and frame were not removed in accordance to the timeline laid out in our contract (3-7 days). On day 6, Kelly promised that someone would come that day or the next day. On day 7, Kate said someone would come that day or the next day. By day 8, nobody would answer my calls or emails. By day 11, the balloons and frame were still not removed, and basically half of the balloons had drifted off the frame and littered our neighborhood over the prior 4 or 5 days. That resulted in neighbors being very frustrated with us and a lot of unnecessary heartache. I generally had a problem getting in touch with anyone at Celebrate It after they repeatedly failed to pick up the balloon frames after telling me that they were coming "today or tomorrow" on multiple occasions. I emailed Celebrate It a copy of this post 1 day before I posted it, but I still couldn't get their attention. Yesterday, my calls to their corporate phone number just started going straight to voicemail. I still have their frames and guess that I should plan to just throw them away? WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY UPFRONT AND STAND YOU UP DAY OF EVENT!!! The morning of my gender reveal they notified us they had van issues and would come later, an hour before the event. Once start time was approaching they did not answer texts, calls, or emails. Days later still no response. We went by the listed address which seems to be a residence. The listed owner who was at the residence upon arrival said there was a different owner (not her) who was in the hospital that handled our account. Lie upon lie. They said the money will be refunded in a few days. We will see... If you're reading this, please save your time and energy and find a legit company that will not try to scam you and leave you hanging for a once-in-a-lifetime event. read more

My friend used this business with no problems and recommended them to me. I texted Kelly and everything seemed to go smoothly. I received the invoice and paid immediately via Venmo. The balloons were supposed to be delivered between 10 pm and 12 am the night before my daughter's birthday. When we woke and the balloons weren't there, I texted and was told they had a breaker blow in their warehouse and hoped to deliver in an hour. When an hour came and went I then asked for an ETA, and I was eventually given a 40 minute ETA. But, the balloons were never delivered, and my texts, phone calls and emails have not been returned regarding a refund which I still have not received. read more

Do not use this company. I was looking for balloon vendors for a work event and came across Celebrate it! They had the lowest prices, but their customer service was absolutely terrible. They had made a mistake on our invoice and I spent almost an entire day trying to reach out to someone so it would be corrected, especially since our event was 2 days away. Good service and pretty good prices! I bought a nice sized flower arrangement in a vase for about $32 for mother's day. It's a small store so there may not be as much items on display but the shop owner seems very willing to make up an arrangement or order in certain flowers based on what you are looking for. Didn't even have to ask her and she automatically put my vase in a low box with packing material in the box so it wouldn't move around in my car. read more

We ordered a homecoming mum 3 weeks before homecoming, price was about $160 for a "deluxe" mum. We were promised that it would have lights and a bunch of other trinkets. We were told that they would call is when it was ready. The week of homecoming I still had not heard from them. Called them on Monday and Tuesday, left voice messages and expected a call back , just like the outgoing message said, Tuesday afternoon I went to the store and to my dismay the store was closed with a sign saying that they were out on a delivery and that they would be out the whole day. Wednesday I went back again and asked about my mum, that needed to be ready by Thursday for my daughter to take it to school on Friday. The mum had not even been started! I was freaking out! The owner promised that it would be ready by 5 pm the next day. When I returned the next day they were very busy doing some ballon arrangements and my mum was still not ready! I had to wait around 30 mins while they finished it. It looked very nice but didn't have lights as promised. In short, although my daughter was happy with the mum and it did look nice, it wasn't what we were promised and it was nerve wracking trying to get them to finish it on time. The store main business is ballon arrangements therefore mums are not a priority. I would not recommend them for mums, although for what I saw the ballons are quite nice. read more

I wished I had read the reviews before paying for my order. However, there were CLUES all through the process that I dismissed "as a company that was just thriving and too busy" to respond in a timely manner. Clue #1- I called the business phone all day one day on an Open day, and NEVER got anyone to answer. Clue #2- when I finally did get a live person (1 or 2 days later), after discussing what I wanted, it took a long time to get an invoice (more than a day). Clue #3- when I requested invoice be corrected, it took more days to receive the corrected invoice. Clue #4- the night before service was to be provided, I get corrected invoice and unfortunately I am e a payment over the phone. The time of my arrival projects were 10am. Conference was scheduled to start at 2pm. This is the message I got from Kelly at 10:30: Our helium delivery truck is usually here by 9AM... but they are still not hereI just called and they said we are next. As soon as they get here I will be on my way to you. So sorry - thought I had enough helium on hand, but we had a couple jobs yesterday and we just ended up shorter than I thought. ( I only had 4 items that needed helium. The rest were pump air balloons!!) This is the message I got at 3:10pm. This is the 3rd wreck I've sat through but I'm almost there. Are you in the main lobby? She arrives at the location at 3:30 with 2 of the 10 items (ballon arrangements) I requested. A little after 4pm she arrives back with 6 additional items, giving me now a total of 8. Did I mention that the conference has started and registration is well on its way. She returns to her van to bring the additional items, but it took her sooo long that I attempted to contact her. So I called and text wondering what's taking so long for you to go to your van and return At 5:40pm, I get another text message from Kelly that says: I'll do both! (Because when she arrived late, I requested some refund and free service for another event)I had to run back to the shop - couldn't fix the number with what I had in the van and I want it to be perfect... I'll be back as soon as possible! . At 7:17 pm I get this message from Kelly: I'm going to be completely honest - I don't know how I messed these numbers up this badly...but somehow I put one if the 5's together backwards and didn't even realize it until I stood it up So then I sat down and had a little crying spell. Now I'm working my way through it again. I'll credit $105 back for the numbers ( although I paid $210) and the delivery charge back to you. I'll send you the receipts tonight. The numbers will be there sometime before morning. I'll send you a picture when I get done. I truly apologize - I have no idea how I did that... Needless to say, after many calls and many texts, I have not heard back from Kelly. The last two of my projects NEVER arrived!! And I have yet to receive credit, which has now turned into a full refund for the 2 undelivered items. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY (although I believe it to be a one person show)TO ANYONE! IF YOU ARE IN A CRUNCH AND THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION, DO NOT PAY BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETE. I have never had this happened, so a lesson well learned. I now understand how people on Judge Judy feel! I was left out in the cold two weeks before my daughters first birthday party and they never even tried to contact me back at all. Unless you have what the owners see as a pricey event, they will not follow through. I was highly disappointed because I assumed I was working with a reliable and professional business. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was in contact with Kelly for an order of balloon columns for my church's 4-year anniversary. We emailed back and forth about pricing, colors and payment options. Based on the amazing communication prior to the event, I was looking forward to a hassle-free experience for my delivery. NO SUCH LUCK. I had requested a 10 AM delivery time due to our service starting at 10:30. I was given a 9:30-10 window for delivery. I started to panic at 10 when the balloons had not been delivered and I had not gotten any communication from Celebrate It Balloons. I called both contact numbers, text and emailed multiple times to get an ETA to no avail. At 10:26 I finally got a call from the delivery person. She advised while bring in the balloons that she had been to some wrong addresses looking for us. Our services are held in well know hotel and the name and complete address where provided. I was embarrassed and livid that she was setting up balloons while our Praise and Worship team was going into their second song. We had visitors and a guest speaker for this event. I got no apology from the delivery person. The columns were very well made and exactly as expected. I have now attempted to reach out by email several times to speak with someone at Celebrate It and am being ignored. This is terrible customer service and considering there a several balloon companies in town with comparable pricing, you would think they would do better to keep business. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I placed an order in advance and was told by the owner (Kate) that she could fit in the delivery even though she was heavily booked that weekend as long as I accepted an early morning delivery for a 2pm event. A few days before I drove to the office to drop off some confetti I had bought for the balloons and to verify the colors. At that time I was given the good news that they could deliver later as they were adding another driver. Delivery was scheduled for between 9am-12noon. Day of event the driver did not show up by noon. I started calling and texting and never once received ANY reply. I finally gave up at 130pm and rearranged my decorations to compensate for the missing balloons - 7 dozen balloons plus about 8-9 special balloons. My guests started arriving a few minutes before 2pm and at 2:03 pm the driver stepped up to my porch to deliver them. WTH? I told them no thanks, I already had guests in house and could not stop my party now to finish decorating. I texted Kate again and received no reply. At 9:42 that evening the driver called to tell me it was his fault and that Kate would call me Sunday. It's Monday night and still no apology. They have no idea how to run a company, apparently. Don't waste your time with this company - they will ruin your party!!! read more

Hired them for my husbands 50th birthday party. We should have went with our first gut instinct. They assured me they would be there before 3 for my guest at 5. I never received a call from anyone nor would they answer after multiple calls to them after they were late. They showed up in the middle of the party. Ran around like a chicken with their heads cut off. Broke a large flower pot of mine trying to move it because they cheated me on the width of the arch. They assured wind could be up to 30 miles per hour. But then decided with 12 miles per hour they couldn't do any outside so they put some inside that were half the size. I received no cake arch that I was told they would do. The size of the balloons inside were nowhere near what they said. They had to rush because they were 2 1/2 hours late and party was already in full force. So they just threw together what they could. The balloons inside popped and made excuse that either too hot or too windy. They were in a garage with no wind and beautiful day low 70s. Then next day argued and made excuses about everything and every problem it could have been instead of taking ownership of their CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS! If you don't wanna be embarrassed because of no decorations for your once in a lifetime party or your guest are watching your decorations being put up, then do not use them. They have no customer service skills. Their website says they will be responsible for popped balloons etc if assembled on site. Do not believe this. With reference to her response on my write up. This is absolutely what I expected a business to say to cover their ...... The band was 360 South and they were set up by 3:30 They started playing at 4:30. Party was at 5:00. My husband showed up at 5:10. They were at my party putting balloons up at 6:00. The pot was covered with decorations. We would not have known this until next day. Point is we never asked for them to pay for anything broken. They stated they could easily do the job and quickly in a few minutes is why I allowed them to try. Once again they did not do it easily and quickly and did not put up what they said. They did not put up 100.00 worth of balloons. That is why they deducted their price. We are warning the customers. There are other posts regarding no answering of calls etc...all of her response is absolutely not true. Blue Mesa Grill, 360 South band and all the guest will agree to this. I will have guest respond to their service. You will see when it happens to you. The purpose for this service is to let others know be aware. I should have read the reviews before ordering. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I ordered balloons a week ahead of time as a gift. Called and emailed multiple times a day trying to get a confirmation. They kept saying they were fine and could take care of me. I knew it was a busy time of year so I even said if you can not deliver please let me know so I can make other arrangements, this is a very important gift. They assured me it was fine. They told me I would need to pay a rush fee because a week is considered a rush. I agreed that I would pay this fee. Conveniently the morning of the delivery their driver had a wreck in their delivery truck at 5am. I offered to pick up the balloons myself but met with silence and no other options. Very disappointing experience. If you actually need what you are ordering I would look somewhere else. read more
