The store is located in a questionable location and he requires bags to be tiny or they're not allowed in. He's also not polite when he tells you that you have to leave if your bag is too big. Even stadiums allow bigger bags than he does. They also no longer let you purchase ribbon by the yard. They sell single yards or the whole roll which makes it harder when know how much you need and buying singles ends up being pricier. If they want us to buy singles or rolls then they should have have them available for us to see but instead it's all in an "employee only" location so you gotta ask for help and the guy on the sales floor isn't the friendliest. I'll probably make an hour drive to Plano or hurst next year for mum supplies.

The items to choose from are from cups to bowls and even nice magnets that can be gifted to others. The prices are very reasonable and they always do a great job explaining the process and helping us out. Recently my mother hosted a birthday for my little sister and it was a blast. They held more than 11 people and did a great job glazing our paintings in 1hr. We had the other hour to eat pizza that we provided although they have variety options that includes cake and pizza as well, we just didn't choose that since we had custom made cakes and other items. The birthday was a blast and successful, everyone was really astonished by the outcome. Thank you Creative Hands for making that experience fun!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with…read morethis company. I booked airbrush hats for my child's birthday party, and the artist was extremely rude to both me and my guests. Upon arrival, she made a point to question why we were even holding the event due to the rain, despite everything being indoors, and the rain itself lasted less than 30 minutes. Her behavior was so off-putting that several guests approached me during the event to express their discomfort. I also tried contacting the company before and during the event, but my calls repeatedly went unanswered, which had already been a problem leading up to the day. I will say once I called it to her attention she started acting nicer, but by that time the damage was done. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and service. I was also told that tipping was expected. While I had plenty of cash on hand, I chose not to tip based on how poorly we were treated, which is something I never do.
