I went here after taking a balloon arch class and learning about the difference between cheap balloons and quality balloons! All American Balloons has it all! Everything balloons related and even mum related. It is a warehouse type store. The only reason for 4 stars was customer service. We walked around pretty lost for quite awhile. I really hate to post this review as I've been a customer of this place for several years. Yes the staff is great and attentive but I can only imagine the conditions their owner has them working under or the toxicity. I came in for a small helium tank rental and was asked for my iD. I presented my valid New Jersey ID and was rejected. Then I asked the staff if I can just put a bigger deposit She said sure it'll be about $150 I said ok, the rep came back and said the owner said no. I asked to speak to the owner to better understand why I'm unable to get a helium tank when they have my valid ID with a matching debit card and an extra deposit. The rep came back stating the owner said she didn't need to come out and talk to me nor was she going to. I found that pretty alarming. I understand rules and protocols can be firm but denying your customer customer service is on another level of negligent. This type of privilege doesn't deserve to be in business. I'd rather give my business to City Balloons Dallas. I'm Extremely disappointed. read more

Great place to get balloons, tanks, face paint, mum supplies. Service is great most of the time. They only have one lady that is not great at customer service but I think its her personality. I just try to avoid her . The owners are AWESOME and they keep a lot of inventory. You want find another balloon store better. read more

Ordering is easy and staff is friendly but you can't pickup orders on Monday, you can't walk up and get your order, you can only pickup your orders from 11a-3p. Now when you pickup you have to verify your order. Your convenience factor is struggling. Staff is quick to bring balloons out to curbside. read more

If you rely on balloon supplies for your income and count on this company for supplies, better check your orders twice and be sure to stock up on seasonal colors early as they often don't have them. I've had them screw up my orders repeatedly then not blink an eye when they expect me to pay the extra shipping charges for their mistakes. Expect them to ship the day of your order? Don't count on it! Don't bother trying to complain to the owner either. She will bite your head off then ignore her employee's mistakes because their customers simply don't matter. read more
