Immediately, Stan, the owner called me back with the most positive, can-do attitude I have ever experienced in my event planning years. He quickly had his ace manager, Jay Cooper, go into the office (which was closed) and fill the order. The items were perfect; delivered to a remote ranch; with a wonderful and efficient team. Anyone can fulfill an order with lots of lead time; but, to deliver this order so quickly with a wonderful attitude (on a 97 degree day), is sensational. Thank you, Stan, Jay and the TLC team for being exceptional. xoxo

It's my boyfriends birthday and I wanted balloons so I called party city and they said they weren't blowing them up so they referred me to this company. I got a new phone and apparently my caller ID wasn't turned on, so when I called her it said unknown. When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. Not only did she ruin my boyfriends surprise party (since I had to tell him why I was crying) she also caused me to stress while I'm almost 6 months pregnant. If y'all would like another place that blows up balloons or a decorator I would suggest going to someone else, because this woman does not deserve your money! Give your money to someone genuine. Which is not this company.

Her face paintings were so pretty that us adults also wanted some... and we got 'em! The adults were much less cartoon-like and really really pretty! Almost tattoo like. The only problem was that we didn't hire her for a longer period so she really had to squeeze us adults in. But she did and we were very appreciative! We gotta have some fun too! (; Her balloon characters are beyond the normal snake, bird and tiger. She did a few princesses and others that I don't recall at the moment but all were as cute as can be! She really did do such a great job. She was sweet with the kids and was great with all the parents/adults. I highly recommend her services!
