So I asked Kristen to please help me kind of last minute on decorations for an adult birthday party at my home. She was wonderful. Not only did she make a beautiful arrangement for my front door, but she was extremely pleasant and professional. She was on time, installing the balloons outdoors on possibly the hottest day of the year so far. Smiling, not complaining. The balloons lasted just as predicted -- some for over three days. The confetti filled balloons only lasted about 18 hours (outdoors). Also, she had me video the inside of my home and made helpful suggestions for what would look good where. She did not pressure me or try to upsell me at all, though. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
