She has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire planning process. She is extremely kind, very informative, and supportive. We reserved this venue for a Nigerian Wedding Celebration; Liz and Jake (Owner), are sooo accommodating. Every single request that we had was honored. The halls are great sizes!! The location is great. 10/10. Again, Liz is my girl!! Any larger events that we have, will be solely held at Las Lomas. I'd recommend!

We rented Las Lomas for my sisters quinceanera the actual day of her 15. Unfortunately the ballroom we had planned and paid for got shut down the day of my sisters quinceanera. I had to make quick phone calls to different ballrooms and I was blessed Las Lomas had a spot open for us last minute. My parents and I were crying at first thinking we were going to have to cancel the party but thanks to Jake and Kim it all worked out. Words can not explain how thankful I am with how they made everything possible for us. I highly recommend Las Lomas if you want a memorable day to be perfect!

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company for their wedding or special event…read more From the very beginning, communication was a constant struggle. I routinely had to follow up multiple times just to receive responses, and many employees seemed unable to answer basic questions & two times was provided with wrong information. It often took days or weeks to get accurate information, making the planning process far more stressful than it needed to be. The experience became even worse on my wedding day. Despite being told numerous times that my wedding planner was the designated point of contact, the owner called me directly while I was preparing for my wedding to inform me that he was running late. During the call, people were screaming in the background, and when I politely reminded him to contact my wedding planner instead, he abruptly ended the conversation. When the dance floor was installed, I was shocked by what I saw. The subfloor was approximately five inches off the ground with nearly a foot of turf extending beyond the edges. It looked unfinished, unprofessional, and was a major eyesore in the middle of our wedding venue. This setup was never accurately described to us beforehand. When I expressed my concerns and asked whether anything could be done to improve the appearance, the owner rolled his eyes, became defensive, and made excuses rather than attempting to resolve the issue. I requested that the installation be taken apart, but was then presented with a waiver stating that if the dance floor came apart and someone was injured, the company would not be liable. Faced with that risk, I felt pressured to leave it in place. Unfortunately, my concerns proved valid. One of our guests tripped, fell flat on her face, and was forced to leave the wedding injured. After the event, I tried to give the company an opportunity to make things right. During a follow-up conversation, I was told that the behavior I described was unacceptable and that they would speak with the owner to investigate the situation And be in touch. However, after doing my own research, I discovered that the individual responsible for the issues throughout the process was actually the owner himself. I informed the company of this fact and have received no response since. It has now been over a week with complete silence. What should have been a joyful and stress-free experience became unnecessarily frustrating due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, dismissive customer service, and safety concerns. I rarely leave negative reviews, but couples deserve to know what they may be dealing with before trusting this company with one of the most important days of their lives.

Her husband Simon and son Simon Jr. and the rest of their staff did an excellent job setting up and breaking down. At Once is my favorite thanks to their friendly nature, detailed billing, great set up and break down crews, and fair pricing for quality equipment.

The venue had an alternative rainout location, but we weren't sure if it would be enough seating for our guests. Heather & Sam jumped into action immediately to rearrange the entire ceremony & reception to be under the covered facility. They were willing to do anything & everything to make our wedding as close to what we had originally planned. My biggest mistake was trying to do the decorations on my own! Time was running out & I needed to get dressed & I was still running around trying to make sure things were found that needed to be used for decorating. I worried for nothing! Heather, Sam & her staff took over completely & set up everything beautifully. I 100% recommend Life Events. They go above & beyond to make your dream come true (even in the worst situations). Heather will keep you calm & take care of all your wedding desires. Thank you, Heather & Sam.
