However, my experience working with Sandra and her staff was extremely concerning due to a consistent lack of professionalism and customer service. In hindsight, after reading other reviews from patrons, I should have realized there might be issues. My first red flag was the tasting. It was rescheduled, and when we finally met at 6:00 p.m., the food was not ready. That should have been an indication of what was to come. On the day of the Quinceañera, I was informed early on that Sandra was already in a bad mood -- and the event hadn't even started. When I arrived at the ballroom, the main entrance doors were covered with wooden boards instead of glass. It looked unfinished and unappealing, which was embarrassing for such an important event. Inside, while the setup was mostly complete, the food service area appeared unclean. The event was scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m., but when I asked about the food timing, Sandra insisted we had agreed on 6:00 p.m. Even then, only half of the food arrived at 6:39 p.m., and it was quickly depleted since guests had already been waiting. I tried to be understanding, assuming perhaps there was a miscommunication. However, the remainder of the food did not arrive until 7:25 p.m., which is simply unacceptable for a formal event. Additionally, several guests informed me that when they asked for a different dish (we had two entrée options), they were told they could not have the second option until the pasta was finished. When I questioned this, Sandra responded with a loud and rude tone. She then stated that I needed to provide the remaining balance immediately or she would stop serving food. That level of conduct is completely inappropriate in any customer service setting. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand the importance of professionalism, communication, and service standards -- especially during milestone celebrations. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a significant lack of all three. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Sandra or her staff for such an important event.

    The owner is very unprofessional and rude..she doesn't follow policy's..My return time was 10am…read moreuntil 2pm she text me before at 1:30pm and said she was leaving.We had already discussed 2pm and I also advised her i was on my ways and would be there before 2pm She waited as she should have until i arrived which was at 1:45pm.She had an attitude from day 1 ,the arrangement wasnt the colors i wanted and we discussed that via text 2 days before.Once I arrived she still didnt change the colors so I had to wait an additional 20mins for her to fix it she gave me 2 different blues which isn't what i wanted.She agrees to things via text but then change her mind and doesnt notify the customer. She doesnt comphend well at all. She only accept cash but never has change even when giving me my deposit back.This is the worst customer service ever experienced.I will never rent or refer anyone to this company. If you want a stress free event I would recommend booking elsewhere!

Her and her team were very proactive and communicative about decisions that were needed. She also introduced and worked with any and all of the vendors that were needed. I appreciate and enjoy her work that I have hired her to coordinate my out of town wedding. And during this planning process she has been very efficient. She is has recommended vendors in MD (Wedding location) from her home base of Texas. This process has also introduced me to other members of her staff and they are just as excellent as she is. I highly recommend working with this company if you need help in planning, coordinating or designing your event.

Who would have know there was so many questions to be answered and so many details to be planned! The best part was just being able to relax and enjoy the wedding and rehearsal and know that the whole event and process was resting in her hands. That she had control over all the details and order of events. Earthling events will provide you professionalism and much needed organization for any wedding or event and I would most certainly recommend their services!

    Because we were having our wedding and our reception at two separate places with a two-hour time…read moregap, my hubby and I figured that we needed somebody to get things set up and help out and keep things moving smoothly. I sent out for some quotes initially and everybody was responding with ridiculously high figures for a day-of coordinator (that's not to say they weren't all worth it--I'm sure they would be--but they just couldn't and wouldn't work with our budget). About 30 minutes after I emailed Earthling, Miranda had already emailed me back with their full listing of prices and what came with each. Their pricing was insanely budget friendly and the professionalism of a quick, informative response is a huge draw for me so we set up a meeting via Skype. Within minutes of our meeting beginning, I knew Miranda and her team would be a good fit. She was able and willing to add time because we needed some extra setup and was extremely upfront with us concerning how much time we would need and how to make things work. From then on out, she was a tremendous asset to our wedding. If I had any issues finding a vendor, she would find out our budget for the vendor and start checking her resources for someone who would meet what we wanted for how much we wanted. She made time in her schedule to meet with us whenever we came up to Dallas (because we live in Houston), even going out of her way to do so. She met with our venue director and was there for every step of the way with us. She was such a calming and helpful influence. If I had to do it all over again, I would absolutely hire her again because she was just...phenomenal.
